{"id":6703,"date":"2021-07-08T14:58:09","date_gmt":"2021-07-08T14:58:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=6703"},"modified":"2021-07-08T14:58:09","modified_gmt":"2021-07-08T14:58:09","slug":"plantean-ley-de-compatibilidad-laboral-para-trabajadores-rurales-temporarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/plantean-ley-de-compatibilidad-laboral-para-trabajadores-rurales-temporarios\/","title":{"rendered":"Plantean ley de \u201ccompatibilidad\u201d laboral para trabajadores rurales temporarios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>El proyecto presentado por el Diputado Nacional H\u00e9ctor \u201cCacho\u201d B\u00e1rbaro, ante el Congreso Nacional, propone que los trabajadores rurales temporarios que est\u00e1n en negro y sean beneficiarios de programas sociales, asignaci\u00f3n universal por hijo y tarjeta alimentaria, pasen a ser trabajadores registrados sin perder los beneficios.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la jornada de ayer, los diputados nacionales H\u00e9ctor \u201cCacho\u201d B\u00e1rbaro y Cristina Britez mantuvieron un encuentro en el que analizaron la iniciativa que apunta a paliar el aumento del trabajo rural no registrado o \u201cen negro\u201d. Los datos aportados por el Registro Nacional de Trabajadores Rurales y Empleadores (Rentre) en los que se constat\u00f3 una tasa del 83 por ciento de informalidad entre trabajadores y trabajadoras agrarios en el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La informalidad, aducen, golpea al sector ante la falta de oportunidades laborales que los empuja, a su vez, a la carencia de beneficios previsionales, no tienen acceso a obra social, a las ART y no podr\u00e1n jubilarse por los reg\u00edmenes ordinarios o especiales para el sector. Situaci\u00f3n que los somete a la vulnerabilidad en una porci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n donde se detectan aberraciones como el trabajo esclavo o el trabajo infantil.<br>\u201cEs necesario contemplar esta situaci\u00f3n que afecta a miles de familias misioneras. Debemos pensar el escenario para contribuir en mejorar su calidad de vida, y regularizar su situaci\u00f3n laboral para obtener los beneficios que le corresponden\u201d, manifest\u00f3 B\u00e1rbaro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por las caracter\u00edsticas propias de los cultivos, estas familias padecen largos per\u00edodos de desempleo que no se compensan adecuadamente con el Programa Intercosecha, ya que siempre hay reclamos en las provincias por la limitada cobertura de trabajadores y trabajadoras. Tampoco existe oferta laboral alternativa que pueda contener a los miles de trabajadores y trabajadoras que quedan sin empleo durante varios meses al a\u00f1o. La \u00fanica alternativa para ellos es la ayuda estatal mediante programas sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el encuentro en el que charlaron sobre esta iniciativa, Cristina Britez remarc\u00f3: \u201ces un acto de justicia social incluir a este sector tan esencial y tan precarizado de la industria yerbatera\u201d<br>El proyecto, que tom\u00f3 estado parlamentario, apunta a crear la compatibilidad de los programas y planes sociales con el trabajo rural registrado.
