{"id":6521,"date":"2021-07-02T10:06:07","date_gmt":"2021-07-02T10:06:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=6521"},"modified":"2021-07-02T10:06:07","modified_gmt":"2021-07-02T10:06:07","slug":"la-afip-oficializo-la-suba-del-reintegro-por-compras-con-tarjeta-de-debito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/la-afip-oficializo-la-suba-del-reintegro-por-compras-con-tarjeta-de-debito\/","title":{"rendered":"La AFIP oficializ\u00f3 la suba del reintegro por compras con tarjeta de d\u00e9bito"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>La decisi\u00f3n se formaliz\u00f3 por medio de la Resoluci\u00f3n General 5023\/2021, publicada este jueves en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La AFIP oficializ\u00f3 hoy el aumento del 70% del monto m\u00e1ximo que el Estado Nacional reintegrar\u00e1 a jubilados y beneficiarios de la Asignaci\u00f3n Universal por Hijo (AUH) o por Embarazo (AUE) para la compras con tarjeta de d\u00e9bito, beneficio que se extender\u00e1 hasta el 31 de diciembre.<br><br>\u00abExtender el r\u00e9gimen de reintegros establecido por la Resoluci\u00f3n General N\u00b0 4.676, sus modificatorias y complementarias, para las operaciones que efect\u00faen sus beneficiarios hasta el d\u00eda 31 de diciembre de 2021, inclusive\u00bb, seg\u00fan el texto oficial.<br><br>El organismo que conduce Mercedes Marc\u00f3 del Pont tambi\u00e9n dispuso fijar el reintegro en un 15% del monto de las operaciones de compra, mientras que el monto mensual reintegrado no podr\u00e1 superar la suma de $ 1.200 por beneficiario.<br><br>De tratarse de sujetos que perciban dos o m\u00e1s prestaciones de algunos de los siguientes beneficios sociales: asignaciones universales por hijo para protecci\u00f3n social, asignaciones por embarazo para protecci\u00f3n social y hasta una pensi\u00f3n por fallecimiento que no exceda el haber m\u00ednimo garantizado a que se refiere el art\u00edculo 125 de la Ley N\u00b0 24.241, el reintegro no podr\u00e1 superar la suma de $ 2.400, puntualiz\u00f3 la AFIP.<br><br>Asimismo, el ente recaudador incorpor\u00f3 al listado de \u201cActividades Econ\u00f3micas Comprendidas\u201d en este beneficio, a la venta al por menor de productos farmac\u00e9uticos y de herborister\u00eda, y de productos cosm\u00e9ticos, de tocador y de perfumer\u00eda.<br><br>Tambi\u00e9n, aclar\u00f3 que el monto correspondiente al reintegro de las operaciones de compra efectuadas desde las 00:00 de este jueves hasta las 17:00 del 11 de julio, ser\u00e1 acreditado el 12 de julio de 2021 en la cuenta bancaria en la que se percibe el beneficio de la jubilaci\u00f3n, pensi\u00f3n y\/o asignaci\u00f3n.<br><br>La AFIP record\u00f3 que mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n General N\u00b0 4.676, se estableci\u00f3 un r\u00e9gimen de reintegros de una proporci\u00f3n de las operaciones que las personas humanas -en car\u00e1cter de consumidores finales- abonen por las compras de bienes muebles realizadas en determinados comercios minoristas y\/o mayoristas mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de tarjetas de d\u00e9bito, asociadas a cuentas vinculadas a los beneficios de jubilaci\u00f3n, pensi\u00f3n y\/o asignaci\u00f3n, abiertas en entidades financieras comprendidas en la Ley N\u00b0 21.526.<br><br>Esa medida \u00abfue dictada al amparo del art\u00edculo 77 de la Ley N\u00b0 27.467 y sus modificaciones, que otorg\u00f3 a esta Administraci\u00f3n Federal amplias facultades para establecer un r\u00e9gimen de reintegros para personas humanas que revistan la condici\u00f3n de consumidores finales y de est\u00edmulos para los peque\u00f1os contribuyentes, que priorice a los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerados de la sociedad\u00bb, resalt\u00f3 el organismo.<br><br>Y subray\u00f3 que el r\u00e9gimen \u00abha demostrado ser una herramienta eficaz para brindar ayuda a los sectores aludidos y fomentar el uso de medios electr\u00f3nicos de pago, por lo que se estima oportuno mantener su vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021, inclusive\u00bb.<br><br>Asimismo, afirm\u00f3 que \u00aben el actual contexto de la emergencia sanitaria originada por el Covid-19, y con el objetivo de ampliar el beneficio para los sectores vulnerados comprendidos en este r\u00e9gimen, se considera necesario aumentar los topes de reintegro e incorporar a los comercios minoristas de venta de productos de farmacia e higiene personal\u00bb.
