Solicitaron como medida cautelar el apartamiento del magistrado de su cargo hasta tanto se resuelva la cuesti\u00f3n de fondo.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Pedro Garc\u00eda, secretario general de la regional Misiones de la UEJN (Uni\u00f3n de Empleados de la Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n) habl\u00f3 sobre la presentaci\u00f3n realizada el viernes pasado, ante el Consejo de la Magistratura, contra el juez federal de Eldorado, Miguel \u00c1ngel Guerrero.<br><br>Las v\u00edctimas son empleados de dicha dependencia judicial. Desde el gremio se acompa\u00f1\u00f3 al personal del \u00e1rea en su denuncia contra al magistrado por hostigamiento y acoso laboral.<br><br>Garc\u00eda coment\u00f3 que los hechos vienen ocurriendo desde el a\u00f1o 2016 y van desde maltratos verbales hasta un intento de fijar el periodo en que una empleada pod\u00eda quedar embarazada. \u201cEl maltrato dirigido a los empleados lleg\u00f3 a hacer mella en la salud del personal y comenzaron las licencias psiqui\u00e1tricas\u201d, manifest\u00f3 el dirigente gremial.<br><br>\u201cQueremos un ambiente laboral que sea sano.
