Las resoluciones publicadas fijan el r\u00e9gimen operativo que da forma a la decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica anunciada por el gobernador&nbsp;<strong>Hugo Passalacqua<\/strong>&nbsp;en la apertura del per\u00edodo legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.canal12misiones.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Passalacqua-1ero-de-mayo-2026-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-729935 lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/683;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El nuevo esquema establece que la ATM confeccionar\u00e1 y mantendr\u00e1 un&nbsp;<strong>padr\u00f3n de contribuyentes<\/strong>, con notificaciones v\u00eda&nbsp;<strong>domicilio fiscal electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se crea el&nbsp;<strong>Formulario SR-341 Informativo<\/strong>, que deber\u00e1 generarse previamente y presentarse en los puestos de control acompa\u00f1ado de la documentaci\u00f3n respaldatoria de las operaciones y mercader\u00edas. Seg\u00fan lo dispuesto,&nbsp;<strong>16.500 peque\u00f1os y medianos contribuyentes<\/strong>&nbsp;quedar\u00e1n excluidos de oficio sobre un total de&nbsp;<strong>17.300 registrados<\/strong>, mientras que unas&nbsp;<strong>873 grandes empresas<\/strong>&nbsp;continuar\u00e1n sujetas al pago a cuenta, pero bajo un esquema&nbsp;<strong>global, digital, mensual y simplificado<\/strong>, lo que reducir\u00e1 costos administrativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las resoluciones tambi\u00e9n ratifican que los&nbsp;<strong>certificados de exclusi\u00f3n particular<\/strong>&nbsp;otorgados con anterioridad mantendr\u00e1n su validez hasta la fecha de vencimiento consignada. Una vez vencidos, la ATM evaluar\u00e1 de oficio la situaci\u00f3n fiscal de cada contribuyente y notificar\u00e1 la nueva condici\u00f3n. En la publicaci\u00f3n del Bolet\u00edn Oficial figura la firma de la directora provincial de ATM,&nbsp;<strong>Bel\u00e9n Gregori<\/strong>, como responsable de la instrumentaci\u00f3n administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su discurso del 1 de mayo, Passalacqua hab\u00eda fundamentado la medida en el contexto de crisis nacional: \u201cPara enfrentar con hechos concretos la contracci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica anuncio la suspensi\u00f3n del pago a cuenta en el Control Fiscal en Ruta\u201d. El mandatario subray\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que \u201cel 95% del padr\u00f3n de contribuyentes queda excluido del pago.
