{"id":59869,"date":"2026-06-12T09:01:54","date_gmt":"2026-06-12T12:01:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=59869"},"modified":"2026-06-12T09:01:56","modified_gmt":"2026-06-12T12:01:56","slug":"justicia-mas-rapida-y-transparente-rovira-anuncio-la-reforma-del-codigo-procesal-penal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/justicia-mas-rapida-y-transparente-rovira-anuncio-la-reforma-del-codigo-procesal-penal\/","title":{"rendered":"Justicia m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y transparente: Rovira anunci\u00f3 la reforma del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carlos Rovira sum\u00f3 un nuevo anuncio durante el encuentro pol\u00edtico de \u201cLa Previa\u201d al anticipar que la C\u00e1mara de Representantes avanzar\u00e1 en una profunda reforma orientada a&nbsp;<strong>modernizar el sistema penal<\/strong>&nbsp;y agilizar la resoluci\u00f3n de las causas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, la iniciativa es el resultado de un trabajo conjunto que se viene desarrollando desde hace tiempo entre el Poder Legislativo y distintos actores del \u00e1mbito judicial, con el objetivo de construir herramientas legales que permitan mejorar el funcionamiento de la Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHace tiempo venimos trabajando en una&nbsp;<em>think tank<\/em>&nbsp;con el Poder Judicial, con la facultad que tiene el Legislativo de sancionar leyes con una visi\u00f3n que asegure una mejor Justicia\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Rovira ante los presentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese marco, anunci\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>la pr\u00f3xima semana tomar\u00e1 estado parlamentario el proyecto de ley que reformar\u00e1 el C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal de Misiones<\/strong>&nbsp;para orientarlo hacia un modelo acusatorio, incorporando adem\u00e1s una mayor participaci\u00f3n de la oralidad en los procedimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dirigente explic\u00f3 que la transformaci\u00f3n apunta a modificar la l\u00f3gica actual de los procesos penales, promoviendo&nbsp;<strong>mecanismos m\u00e1s \u00e1giles, transparentes y accesibles<\/strong>&nbsp;para los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIncorporar el sistema oral. La semana que viene toma estado parlamentario la ley que reforma el C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal orient\u00e1ndolo al proceso acusatorio.
