{"id":59294,"date":"2026-06-01T09:22:19","date_gmt":"2026-06-01T12:22:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=59294"},"modified":"2026-06-01T09:22:20","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T12:22:20","slug":"blanqueo-laboral-como-impacta-el-nuevo-regimen-para-regularizar-el-empleo-no-registrado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/blanqueo-laboral-como-impacta-el-nuevo-regimen-para-regularizar-el-empleo-no-registrado\/","title":{"rendered":"Blanqueo laboral: c\u00f3mo impacta el nuevo r\u00e9gimen para regularizar el empleo no registrado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El&nbsp;<strong>Gobierno nacional reglament\u00f3 el R\u00e9gimen de Promoci\u00f3n del Empleo Registrado (PER)<\/strong>, destinado a la regularizaci\u00f3n de relaciones laborales no registradas o deficientemente registradas del sector privado, mediante el Decreto 409\/2026 publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La norma establece que los beneficios alcanzar\u00e1n a obligaciones por aportes, contribuciones y cuotas de la seguridad social vencidas hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda del mes en que se presente la solicitud de regularizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Asimismo, determina los efectos previstos en la Ley de Modernizaci\u00f3n Laboral 27.802, entre ellos la extinci\u00f3n de la acci\u00f3n penal en determinados casos, la baja del Registro de Empleadores con Sanciones Laborales (REPSAL) y la condonaci\u00f3n parcial de deudas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el decreto,&nbsp;<strong>la condonaci\u00f3n de deuda ser\u00e1 del 90% para micro y peque\u00f1as empresas y entidades sin fines de lucro, del 80% para medianas empresas tramo 1 y 2, y del 70% para el resto de los empleadores<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se dispuso una condonaci\u00f3n del 100% para obligaciones vinculadas al Sistema Nacional del Seguro de Salud, al R\u00e9gimen de Riesgos del Trabajo y al Seguro Colectivo de Vida Obligatorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La reglamentaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n prev\u00e9 que la deuda no condonada podr\u00e1 cancelarse mediante pago al contado, con una reducci\u00f3n adicional del 50% sobre capital e intereses no alcanzados por el beneficio, o a trav\u00e9s de un plan de facilidades que deber\u00e1 implementar la Agencia de Recaudaci\u00f3n y Control Aduanero (ARCA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otra parte, el per\u00edodo regularizado ser\u00e1 computado como tiempo de servicio para acreditar requisitos vinculados a prestaciones jubilatorias, pensiones, retiros por invalidez y beneficios por desempleo.
