La medida se concret\u00f3 este domingo por la noche, tras el avance de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avanza la causa judicial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio de Seguridad provincial inform\u00f3 que ambos ser\u00e1n indagados el martes. La fiscal\u00eda, encabezada por Facundo Oribones junto a la funcionaria Diana Guzm\u00e1n, solicit\u00f3 las detenciones en base a las pruebas reunidas hasta el momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez penal de turno autoriz\u00f3 el pedido luego de analizar los elementos presentados. En las pr\u00f3ximas horas se realizar\u00e1 la audiencia de control de detenci\u00f3n, paso previo a la imputaci\u00f3n formal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultados clave de la autopsia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La autopsia preliminar result\u00f3 determinante para la causa. El informe revel\u00f3 lesiones traum\u00e1ticas en la zona craneal, incompatibles con una muerte natural o accidental. Los peritos sostienen que las heridas responden a golpes de gran intensidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, vecinos declararon que escucharon gritos del menor en reiteradas ocasiones. Plantea que la muerte ocurri\u00f3 tras una serie de agresiones y un cuadro de abandono sostenido en el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abogado Roberto Castillo, representante del padre del menor, present\u00f3 una ampliaci\u00f3n de la denuncia. All\u00ed pidi\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n por homicidio agravado en concurso con abandono de persona seguido de muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Situaci\u00f3n de los detenidos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades alojaron a Altamirano y Gonz\u00e1lez en celdas separadas.
