La decisi\u00f3n se adopt\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles durante una sesi\u00f3n en Estrasburgo y se defini\u00f3 por una diferencia m\u00ednima en el resultado de la votaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Con 334 votos a favor y 324 en contra<\/strong>, los eurodiputados aprobaron una moci\u00f3n que solicita al m\u00e1ximo tribunal del bloque analizar si el acuerdo de libre comercio respeta los tratados fundacionales de la Uni\u00f3n Europea. El convenio hab\u00eda sido firmado recientemente en Paraguay entre representantes del Mercosur y autoridades europeas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resoluci\u00f3n implica que el Tribunal de Justicia de la UE, con sede en Luxemburgo, deber\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>pronunciarse sobre la compatibilidad jur\u00eddica del acuerdo<\/strong>&nbsp;con el marco normativo vigente del bloque de los 27 Estados miembros. El an\u00e1lisis se centrar\u00e1 en los alcances legales del tratado y en su adecuaci\u00f3n a los compromisos asumidos por la Uni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acuerdo bajo an\u00e1lisis judicial<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar del env\u00edo del acuerdo a la Justicia, la Comisi\u00f3n Europea mantiene la posibilidad de aplicar el tratado de forma provisional. Esta facultad permitir\u00eda avanzar con algunas disposiciones del acuerdo mientras se desarrolla el an\u00e1lisis judicial, aunque cualquier implementaci\u00f3n definitiva quedar\u00e1 supeditada al fallo del tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El acuerdo Uni\u00f3n Europea y Mercosur busca establecer un marco de liberalizaci\u00f3n comercial entre ambos bloques, con impacto directo en sectores productivos, exportaciones e importaciones.
