Seg\u00fan la&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/337101\/20260105\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 1\/2026<\/a><\/strong>, publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, el nuevo r\u00e9gimen comenzar\u00e1 a regir el&nbsp;<strong>15 de junio en C\u00f3rdoba<\/strong>, el&nbsp;<strong>24 de agosto en la jurisdicci\u00f3n de Posadas<\/strong>&nbsp;y el&nbsp;<strong>30 de noviembre en La Plata<\/strong>, reordenando plazos previamente establecidos y consolidando el rol del Poder Ejecutivo en la ejecuci\u00f3n de la reforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n reviste relevancia institucional y pol\u00edtica, ya que redefine el ritmo de una transformaci\u00f3n estructural del proceso penal federal, que traslada el eje de la investigaci\u00f3n a los fiscales, limita el rol instructor de los jueces y busca mayor celeridad, transparencia y eficiencia en la persecuci\u00f3n penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De la Ley 27.150 al control del Ministerio de Justicia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La implementaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal Federal, aprobado por la&nbsp;<strong>Ley 27.063<\/strong>, fue concebida desde su origen como un proceso progresivo. La&nbsp;<strong>Ley 27.150<\/strong>&nbsp;estableci\u00f3 que esa transici\u00f3n quedar\u00eda bajo la \u00f3rbita de la Comisi\u00f3n Bicameral de Seguimiento del Congreso. Sin embargo, ese esquema fue modificado mediante un&nbsp;<strong>decreto de necesidad y urgencia<\/strong>&nbsp;firmado por el presidente&nbsp;<strong>Javier Milei<\/strong>, que transfiri\u00f3 la competencia de implementaci\u00f3n al&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde entonces, la cartera conducida por&nbsp;<strong>Mariano C\u00faneo Libarona<\/strong>&nbsp;asumi\u00f3 un rol central en la calendarizaci\u00f3n y puesta en marcha del sistema acusatorio en las distintas jurisdicciones federales del pa\u00eds. En ese marco, ya se dispuso la entrada en vigencia del nuevo c\u00f3digo en las c\u00e1maras federales de&nbsp;<strong>Rosario<\/strong>&nbsp;(Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 64\/2024),&nbsp;<strong>Mendoza<\/strong>&nbsp;(Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 165\/2024),&nbsp;<strong>General Roca y Comodoro Rivadavia<\/strong>&nbsp;(Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 216\/2024),&nbsp;<strong>Mar del Plata y Bah\u00eda Blanca<\/strong>&nbsp;(Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 377\/2024), y&nbsp;<strong>Corrientes y Resistencia<\/strong>&nbsp;(Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 143\/2025), que se sumaron a las primeras experiencias desarrolladas en&nbsp;<strong>Salta y Jujuy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 1\/2026 se inscribe as\u00ed en una estrategia de expansi\u00f3n territorial gradual del sistema acusatorio, con ajustes de plazos en funci\u00f3n del estado operativo de cada jurisdicci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cambios de fechas y reordenamiento del cronograma judicial<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El texto oficial tambi\u00e9n introduce modificaciones sobre fechas previamente anunciadas. En el caso de las jurisdicciones de&nbsp;<strong>Posadas<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>La Plata<\/strong>, el Ministerio hab\u00eda dispuesto mediante la&nbsp;<strong>Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 530\/2025<\/strong>&nbsp;que el C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal Federal entrara en vigencia el&nbsp;<strong>16 de marzo<\/strong>&nbsp;y el&nbsp;<strong>18 de mayo<\/strong>, respectivamente. Con la nueva norma, esos plazos fueron diferidos al&nbsp;<strong>24 de agosto<\/strong>&nbsp;para Posadas y al&nbsp;<strong>30 de noviembre<\/strong>&nbsp;para La Plata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En paralelo, se confirm\u00f3 que el nuevo c\u00f3digo comenzar\u00e1 a regir en la&nbsp;<strong>C\u00e1mara Federal de Apelaciones de C\u00f3rdoba<\/strong>&nbsp;a partir del&nbsp;<strong>15 de junio pr\u00f3ximo<\/strong>, incorporando a esa jurisdicci\u00f3n al esquema acusatorio federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno justific\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n se\u00f1alando que, \u201c<strong>en atenci\u00f3n al estado actual del proceso de reforma, y a fin de asegurar una implementaci\u00f3n ordenada, eficaz y sostenible, resulta oportuno disponer la plena entrada en vigencia<\/strong>\u201d, remarcando la necesidad de adecuar recursos humanos, infraestructura y pr\u00e1cticas procesales antes del cambio de r\u00e9gimen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El caso Comodoro Py y las implicancias institucionales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s sensibles del proceso sigue siendo&nbsp;<strong>Comodoro Py<\/strong>, sede de los tribunales federales con competencia en los casos de mayor impacto pol\u00edtico e institucional. All\u00ed, el Ejecutivo hab\u00eda dispuesto originalmente la entrada en vigencia total del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal Federal para el&nbsp;<strong>11 de agosto de 2025<\/strong>, pero esa fecha fue prorrogada en dos oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, el Gobierno estableci\u00f3 como nuevo plazo definitivo el&nbsp;<strong>20 de abril de 2026<\/strong>, lo que refleja las dificultades operativas y pol\u00edticas que supone la implementaci\u00f3n del sistema acusatorio en el principal fuero federal del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En t\u00e9rminos pr\u00e1cticos, la expansi\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal Federal implica una reorganizaci\u00f3n profunda del funcionamiento judicial, con impacto directo en fiscales, jueces, defensores, fuerzas de seguridad y en la gesti\u00f3n de causas complejas, especialmente aquellas vinculadas a delitos federales, corrupci\u00f3n, narcotr\u00e1fico y crimen organizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fuente: Economis<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n oficializ\u00f3 el nuevo cronograma de implementaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal Federal en tres jurisdicciones clave del pa\u00eds, avanzando con la reforma del sistema judicial penal bajo el modelo acusatorio.
