{"id":52809,"date":"2025-12-17T09:27:31","date_gmt":"2025-12-17T12:27:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=52809"},"modified":"2025-12-17T09:27:33","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T12:27:33","slug":"el-dia-que-el-terere-se-convirtio-en-patrimonio-de-la-humanidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/el-dia-que-el-terere-se-convirtio-en-patrimonio-de-la-humanidad\/","title":{"rendered":"El d\u00eda que el terer\u00e9 se convirti\u00f3 en Patrimonio de la Humanidad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>17 de diciembre de 2020<\/strong>, como hab\u00eda hecho un d\u00eda antes con el\u00a0<strong>chamam\u00e9<\/strong>, el Comit\u00e9 de Patrimonio de la UNESCO declaraba al\u00a0<strong>terer\u00e9 como Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad<\/strong>, siendo el primer reconocimiento de este tipo para un producto paraguayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta designaci\u00f3n se incluy\u00f3 en la categor\u00eda \u201cPr\u00e1cticas y Saberes Tradicionales del Terer\u00e9 en la cultura de Poh\u00e3 \u00d1ana.&nbsp;<strong>Bebida ancestral guaran\u00ed<\/strong>&nbsp;en Paraguay\u201d, y no s\u00f3lo se le design\u00f3 a la cultura del consumo de esta bebida, sino que destac\u00f3 el<strong>&nbsp;trabajo de las personas involucradas en la producci\u00f3n, venta, consumo y transmisi\u00f3n de esta tradici\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale resaltar que la UNESCO tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 los&nbsp;<strong>beneficios para la salud del \u201cpoh\u00e3 \u00f1ana\u201d (hierba medicinal)<\/strong>, que se conocen gracias a esa sabidur\u00eda popular trasmitida entre generaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El terer\u00e9 es una costumbre compartida en el litoral argentino&nbsp;<strong>-especialmente en Misiones-<\/strong>&nbsp;y llega a distintos pa\u00edses lim\u00edtrofes como Brasil, Bolivia y Uruguay, quienes hace tiempo adoptaron esta refrescante bebida, a la hora de mitigar el calor en \u00e9pocas de altas temperaturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El origen del terer\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El origen del terer\u00e9 no est\u00e1 del todo claro, aunque la mayor\u00eda opina que es una bebida heredada de los guaran\u00edes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay, sin embargo, quienes sostienen que naci\u00f3 con los mens\u00faes, trabajadores esclavos de las plantaciones de yerba mate en Paraguay, en la primera mitad del siglo XX, los que ten\u00edan prohibido prender fuego para hacer mate y que eran castigados cruelmente si se los descubr\u00eda desafiando la prohibici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otros dicen que se origin\u00f3 en la Guerra del Chaco, conflicto armado entre Paraguay y Bolivia desde 1932 hasta 1935.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo tomar terer\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El terer\u00e9 se trata de una&nbsp;<strong>infusi\u00f3n de yerba mate y plantas medicinales con mucho hielo<\/strong>&nbsp;que los paraguayos acostumbran a tomar a cualquier hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se prepara en una<strong>&nbsp;jarra, termo<\/strong>&nbsp;o hasta en un recipiente m\u00e1s grande tipo \u201ctermolar\u201d, el l\u00edquido se vierte y se consume en un recipiente llamado&nbsp;<strong>guampa (en Paraguay), chifre (en Brasil) o mate (en Argentina)<\/strong>, del cual se sorbe a trav\u00e9s de una&nbsp;<strong>bombilla o bomba<\/strong>&nbsp;en Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con frecuencia se agregan<strong>&nbsp;hierbas (refrescantes y\/o medicinales)<\/strong>&nbsp;como cedr\u00f3n, menta o peperina, coc\u00fa, menta, zarzaparrilla, cola de caballo, burrito, agrial, batatilla, verbena, ajenjo, Santa Luc\u00eda, escobilla, hoja de lim\u00f3n, azafr\u00e1n, jengibre, tarop\u00e9, perdudilla blanca y otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la actualidad, en la Argentina -y tambi\u00e9n el Sur del Paraguay- el terer\u00e9 adem\u00e1s de tomarse solo con agua fr\u00eda o hierbas medicinales, se consume con&nbsp;<strong>jugos de fruta naturales<\/strong>&nbsp;como naranja, pomelo o lim\u00f3n; con&nbsp;<strong>jugos en polvo<\/strong>&nbsp;de sobre (de gustos diversos y hasta mixturados); con gaseosa o muy de moda en este \u00faltimo tiempo con<strong>&nbsp;aguas saborizadas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: Primera edici\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a017 de diciembre de 2020, como hab\u00eda hecho un d\u00eda antes con el\u00a0chamam\u00e9, el Comit\u00e9 de Patrimonio de la UNESCO declaraba al\u00a0terer\u00e9 como Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad, siendo el primer reconocimiento de este tipo para un producto paraguayo.
