La resoluci\u00f3n 329\/2020 fue publicada este jueves en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial. Las empresas de \u00abtransporte a\u00e9reo de pasajeros nacional e internacional y que operen dentro de la Argentina implementen en un plazo de 60 d\u00edas\u00bb este sistema de \u00abbot\u00f3n de arrepentimiento\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema deber\u00e1 ser \u00ab\u00e1gil y sencillo\u00bb, similar al denominado \u00abbot\u00f3n de arrepentimiento\u00bb. El mismo deber\u00e1 estar en las p\u00e1ginas web de cada aerol\u00ednea comercial. Permitiendo que el usuario tenga derecho de reintegro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bfSer\u00e1 aplicable para todos los billetes de avi\u00f3n?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero un detalle importante es que la medida ser\u00e1 aplicable solo para aquellos billetes que la compa\u00f1\u00eda elija como \u00abreembolsables\u00bb. As\u00ed es c\u00f3mo lo explic\u00f3 la ANAC: \u00abEl bot\u00f3n de arrepentimiento insta a las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas a hacerlo de la manera m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y mandatoria para aquellos pasajes que tengan la posibilidad de devoluci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNo todos los billetes de avi\u00f3n van a ser reembolsables. Los que sean aplicables tienen que tener el bot\u00f3n de arrepentimiento que te va a avisar que ese ticket va estar o no dentro de la medida. Pero te van a decir antes de que lo compres que ten\u00e9s la posibilidad de deshacer la compra en un futuro\u00bb, agregaron desde el organismo, seg\u00fan se\u00f1ala La Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Los l\u00edmites de tiempo<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa posibilidad de retractarse es m\u00e1s flexible y posibilita la venta del billete para las aerol\u00edneas. Y el tiempo l\u00edmite para hacerlo es desde el momento que se ejecuta la compra hasta 24 horas antes del vuelo. Si se llega a esta instancia, el cliente tendr\u00e1 distintas penalidades\u00bb, afirmaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta normativa le permitir\u00e1 al consumidor poder solicitar la revocaci\u00f3n de la aceptaci\u00f3n del producto comprado o del servicio contratado.
