La transmisi\u00f3n estar\u00e1 disponible en el canal de YouTube del tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los miembros del Tribunal Penal Oral N\u00b01 de Posadas han fijado como fecha para la lectura de los fundamentos de la sentencia del juicio de los hermanos Kiczka, para este martes 6 a las 11 hs. en la sala de debate del Tribunal ubicada en calle La Rioja N\u00ba 1561.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tal como lo establece el art\u00edculo 416 del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal se har\u00e1n p\u00fablicos los argumentos de las sentencias que establecieron, el pasado 16 de abril, los jueces Gustavo Bernie, Viviana Cukla y C\u00e9sar Antonio Yaya (subrogante), en funci\u00f3n del \u201cExpte. 47936\/2024 KICZKA Germ\u00e1n S\/ Tenencia, facilitaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de material de explotaci\u00f3n sexual infantil agravado por ser las v\u00edctimas menores de 13 a\u00f1os de edad varios hechos en concurso real y KICZKA Sebasti\u00e1n S\/ Tenencia y facilitaci\u00f3n de material de explotaci\u00f3n sexual infantil agravado por ser las v\u00edctimas menores de 13 a\u00f1os de edad varios hechos y abuso sexual sin acceso carnal en concurso real\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.canal12misiones.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/juicio-a-kiczka-1-1024x763.jpeg\" alt=\"kiczka\" class=\"wp-image-491999 lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/763;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Al igual que en las jornadas del d\u00eda 31 de marzo \u2013 de apertura y lectura del requerimiento de elevaci\u00f3n a juicio- y el d\u00eda 16 abril \u2013 de formulaci\u00f3n de alegatos y lectura del veredicto; este martes 6 la lectura se transmitir\u00e1 por\u00a0el canal de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@TribunalPenal1\">YouTube del Tribunal Penal 1<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caso Kiczka: un juicio con impacto nacional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con una cobertura total por parte de los medios nacionales, el hist\u00f3rico juicio contra los hermanos Germ\u00e1n y Sebasti\u00e1n Kiczka concluy\u00f3 con\u00a0una sentencia contundente: el Tribunal Penal 1 de Posadas conden\u00f3 al exdiputado provincial a 14 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n efectiva y a su hermano a 12 a\u00f1os, por los delitos de tenencia, facilitaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de material de abuso sexual infantil (MASI), agravados por la participaci\u00f3n de v\u00edctimas menores de 13 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resoluci\u00f3n judicial se bas\u00f3 en pruebas irrefutables, incluyendo m\u00e1s de 900 archivos digitales que conten\u00edan im\u00e1genes y videos de extrema gravedad, hallados en dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos incautados durante los allanamientos.
