Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>el legislador se ampar\u00f3 en sus fueros para evitar declarar de forma presencial<\/strong>, a pesar de los pedidos de la Fiscal\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 que \u201clas respuestas no coinciden con el contenido de la documentaci\u00f3n reunida en la causa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cLa declaraci\u00f3n fue redactada por su abogado. Es evidente por los t\u00e9rminos usados y no se puede aceptar semejante evasiva\u201d,<\/strong>&nbsp;remarc\u00f3 Glinka ante el Tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El exdiputado Germ\u00e1n Kiczka, vinculado al espacio pol\u00edtico de Pedro Puerta, recibi\u00f3 adem\u00e1s las accesorias legales correspondientes y deber\u00e1 cumplir la condena en prisi\u00f3n.
