La actividad apunt\u00f3 a brindar herramientas clave a quienes trabajan con alimentos, con el objetivo de promover pr\u00e1cticas responsables que ayuden a prevenir riesgos sanitarios y garanticen la seguridad alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el \u00e1rea remarcaron que la seguridad alimentaria es una responsabilidad compartida y que este tipo de capacitaciones est\u00e1n pensadas para todas aquellas personas que manipulan alimentos, ya sea en contextos familiares, laborales o comunitarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00f3xima jornada se realizar\u00e1 el mi\u00e9rcoles 23 de abril, nuevamente en la Escuela N.\u00ba 615, en el horario de 8:30 a 12:30. La inscripci\u00f3n previa es obligatoria y debe hacerse de lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a 12:00, en la oficina de Bromatolog\u00eda ubicada en la misma instituci\u00f3n.
