Desde el Ministerio de Ecolog\u00eda, el jefe de la Cartera Arq. Martin Recam\u00e1n habl\u00f3 en exclusiva con CVI NOTICIAS, y dej\u00f3 en claro algunas versiones que circularon con respecto a los dichos del eventual testigo y sus declaraciones.La Empresa de Turismo Tambi\u00e9n emiti\u00f3 un comunicado al respecto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00aben primer lugar quiero pedir encarecidamente a todos los ciudadanos que tengamos precauci\u00f3n al opinar al respecto, es un tema delicado y que afecta sobre todo a quienes tenemos la responsabilidad de tomar cartas en el asunto, y es la justicia la que est\u00e1 manejando el tema y nosotros desconocemos lo que est\u00e1 aun bajo secreto de sumario, la informaci\u00f3n que podemos darle es que acompa\u00f1amos como querellantes y en el Ministerio solo tenemos las actuaciones de las pericias realizada por la SAIC (secretar\u00eda de Apoyo a Investigaciones Complejas), y habr\u00eda indicado esta que el veh\u00edculo no ven\u00eda a alta velocidad\u00bb, <\/em><\/strong>se\u00f1al\u00f3 Recam\u00e1n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este mi\u00e9rcoles se cumple una semana del tr\u00e1gico hecho que moviliz\u00f3 a toda una provincia: el atropellamiento y muerte de una cachorra de yaguaret\u00e9, declarada monumento de Misiones, en la zona aleda\u00f1a al Parque Nacional Iguaz\u00fa, sobre la ruta nacional 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En los \u00faltimos d\u00edas aparecieron varias versiones respecto a responsables de este hecho: el presunto testigo que se\u00f1al\u00f3 a un m\u00f3vil de una reconocida empresa de turismo; el ministro de Ecolog\u00eda, Mart\u00edn Recam\u00e1n sostuvo que el Gobierno misionero no tiene informaci\u00f3n oficial que d\u00e9 certeza a cualquiera de esas hip\u00f3tesis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo que s\u00ed confirm\u00f3 es que la Fiscal\u00eda de Estado provincial pidi\u00f3 ser querellante en la causa penal que se tramita en el Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n 1 de Eldorado, ahora a cargo de Mar\u00eda Laura Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bb como querellantes pedimos que se tomen todas las medidas de prueba y Paralelamente, en la parte administrativa, se inici\u00f3 un sumario ambiental, para determinar las faltas y las sanciones\u201d.<\/em><\/strong>sostuvo <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consultado sobre las versiones medi\u00e1ticas, el Ministro expres\u00f3 claramente que \u201cen lo que es el expediente de Ecolog\u00eda tenemos el procedimiento de lo que ustedes han visto que se hizo: el peritaje en la zona, el proceso de identificaci\u00f3n del yaguaret\u00e9 y la autopsia, es decir, los da\u00f1os que sufri\u00f3 el animal en el impacto de alg\u00fan veh\u00edculo. Eso es lo que tenemos hasta hoy\u201d.<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Repreguntado si la Justicia les inform\u00f3 de la identificaci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan responsable del hecho, respondi\u00f3 que \u201cno hemos tenido ninguna informaci\u00f3n con respecto a un testigo, que s\u00e9 que circula la versi\u00f3n, pero no fuimos informados sobre este o el hecho en s\u00ed o lo que haya dicho si es que lo hay por eso pedimos a la poblaci\u00f3n y a los medios que sean cautelosos a la hora de opinar, sobre todo porque a\u00fan no hay certeza de que sea la Empresa en cuesti\u00f3n conociendo el prestigio t trayectoria de la misma \u00ab<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abpor respeto a la causa, por una cuesti\u00f3n de la Justicia no quiero entrar en una cuesti\u00f3n hipot\u00e9tica ni mencionar que es una empresa de turismo, porque me parece muy delicado. Hay que dejar que los procesos se lleven adelante y, despu\u00e9s, hablaremos en detalle de las cuestiones. Hablar de cuestiones hipot\u00e9ticas me pesa desde el punto de vista de la sanci\u00f3n, todo esto es muy delicado\u201d<\/em><\/strong> agreg\u00f3 el Ministro <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente el ministro Recam\u00e1n anunci\u00f3 que entraron en contacto con Vialidad Nacional y Ambiente de la Naci\u00f3n para informar lo sucedido y \u201ctransmitir la necesidad de buscar herramientas y otros elementos para dar m\u00e1s seguridad en estos tramos de ruta donde hay tr\u00e1nsito en aumento vinculado al turismo y al crecimiento poblacional que genera mayor tr\u00e1nsito. Hay que buscar nuevas medidas\u201d.<\/em><\/strong> A su vez, sostuvo que pudo avanzar con Vialidad Provincial en mayor carteler\u00eda y pasafaunas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La empresa de Turismo a su vez emiti\u00f3 un comunicado en el que se puso a disposici\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abDesde la Organizaci\u00f3n Caracol Internacional Viajes y Turismo, queremos comunicar que lamentamos profundamente el hecho sucedido el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 2\/10\/24 cuando se produjera el deceso de un ejemplar hembra de la especie Yaguarete en un hecho que hoy es materia de investigaci\u00f3n por parte de las autoridades policiales y administrativas. Somos una Empresa que a lo largo de los a\u00f1os ha demostrado su enorme compromiso y responsabilidad con el entorno Natural y Cultural que nos rodea. Desde nuestra Organizaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n, hemos sido siempre f\u00e9rreos defensores de Nuestra Tierra, amando y respetando nuestros recursos. Trabajamos a diario para impulsar el desarrollo de la actividad tur\u00edstica en beneficio del Destino Tur\u00edstico Iguaz\u00fa, pero sin que ello afecte la seguridad del ambiente y el entorno natural.
Desconocemos aun lo sucedido, no obstante, estamos a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades competentes para contribuir con la investigaci\u00f3n y lo que resulta necesario en relaci\u00f3n a este lamentable incidente
