Por esto, se realiz\u00f3 un relevamiento intenso de todas las arterias de la ciudad, lo que permiti\u00f3 crear un plan renovado y adaptado a las necesidades actuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo plan regulador busca promover un desarrollo territorial que beneficie a todos los sectores de la sociedad, considerando factores ambientales, sociales y econ\u00f3micos.
