De esta manera, acelera la implementaci\u00f3n de la normativa, que fue el resultado de un largo proceso en el Congreso, que incluy\u00f3 un primer intento fallido en Diputados durante las sesiones extraordinarias y una \u00faltima ofensiva que se coron\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de una negociaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica que encabez\u00f3 Guillermo Francos, ya como jefe de Gabinete.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A casi un mes de la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Ley Bases, el Gobierno nacional reglament\u00f3 la primera parte de la legislaci\u00f3n, con el objetivo de avanzar con las reformas que el presidente Javier Milei se propuso llevar a cabo desde el inicio de su gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> En esta primera etapa, el Ejecutivo estableci\u00f3 la normativa vinculada al T\u00edtulo II, que contempla las modificaciones en el sistema de empleo p\u00fablico, cambios en los procesos administrativos y las privatizaciones de las empresas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El decreto incluye la reglamentaci\u00f3n del T\u00edtulo II, relacionado con la reforma del Estado y los cambios en los procedimientos administrativos, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n los vinculados a la privatizaci\u00f3n de empresas p\u00fablicas y la flexibilizaci\u00f3n de las condiciones del empleo p\u00fablico. As\u00ed, se establecieron las precisiones de la implementaci\u00f3n de cerca de 60 art\u00edculos de la ley.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Privatizaciones<\/strong>: En ese sentido, instrumentaron el esquema previsto para la concesi\u00f3n o venta parcial o total de las siguientes empresas: Energ\u00eda Argentina, Intercargo, AySA, Belgrano Cargas, Sociedad Operadora Ferroviaria (SOFSE) y Corredores Viales, Nucleoel\u00e9ctrica Argentina Sociedad An\u00f3nima (NASA) y el Complejo Carbon\u00edfero, Ferroviario, Portuario y Energ\u00e9tico a cargo de Yacimientos Carbon\u00edferos R\u00edo Turbio (YCRT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La reglamentaci\u00f3n se hizo efectiva a trav\u00e9s del decreto 695\/2024 publicado esta madrugada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.
