Autoridades de salud han descrito los efectos negativos en la salud mental de muchas personas debido a la falta de conexiones sociales. Pareciera que, en el contexto actual, los buenos amigos son m\u00e1s importantes que nunca; pueden brindarnos un verdadero sistema de apoyo que enriquezca nuestra vida y mejore nuestro bienestar.
