{"id":33214,"date":"2024-05-03T17:06:04","date_gmt":"2024-05-03T20:06:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=33214"},"modified":"2024-05-03T17:06:22","modified_gmt":"2024-05-03T20:06:22","slug":"queda-eliminado-el-uso-de-la-cedula-azul-el-vencimiento-de-la-cedula-verde-y-el-40-de-los-registros-del-automotor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/queda-eliminado-el-uso-de-la-cedula-azul-el-vencimiento-de-la-cedula-verde-y-el-40-de-los-registros-del-automotor\/","title":{"rendered":"Queda eliminado el uso de la c\u00e9dula azul, el vencimiento de la c\u00e9dula verde y el 40% de los registros del automotor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>De acuerdo al resultado de la primera etapa de la auditor\u00eda llevada a cabo en la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de los Registros Nacionales de Propiedad del Automotor y Cr\u00e9ditos Prendarios (DNRPA), y con el objetivo de reducir costos y eliminar tr\u00e1mites burocr\u00e1ticos, se ejecutar\u00e1n una serie de  medidas que anunci\u00f3 este viernes el gobierno nacional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed se anunci\u00f3 que e cerrar\u00e1 el 40% de los Registros Automotores, comenzando por aquellos que llevan intervenidos m\u00e1s de 2 a\u00f1os, y luego se proceder\u00e1 con el cierre de los restantes intervenidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Y se reducir\u00e1 el 30% del personal de la Direcci\u00f3n de Registros Automotor, en el marco de un plan de retiros voluntarios y jubilaciones anticipadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se elimin\u00f3 el Certificado de Transferencia Automotor (CETA) que obligaba al ciudadano a reportar la venta de su veh\u00edculo a la AFIP. Se eliminar\u00e1 la \u00abc\u00e9dula azul\u00bb: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de mayo, cualquier persona podr\u00e1 circular dentro del territorio de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina con la sola exhibici\u00f3n -f\u00edsica o digital- de la c\u00e9dula verde del titular del autom\u00f3vil. Y se eliminar\u00e1 el vencimiento de todas las \u00abc\u00e9dulas verdes\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se digitalizar\u00e1n la totalidad de los legajos de los veh\u00edculos, en todos sus tipos, para constituir un registro digital \u00fanico y completo, permitiendo la eliminaci\u00f3n de los legajos f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Y se propondr\u00e1 a las Provincias la adhesi\u00f3n al convenio de baja de impuestos de sellos y patentes provinciales, para reducir el costo de las operaciones registrales, que asciende hasta el 70% del costo total de una transferencia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se implementar\u00e1 un R\u00e9gimen de Concursos transparentes para impedir la contrataci\u00f3n de personas que hayan tenido cargos pol\u00edticos durante los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os, sus familiares y aquellas personas que no acrediten los requisitos de idoneidad y experiencia en la actividad privada para cumplir tal funci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se digitalizar\u00e1 la verificaci\u00f3n policial de veh\u00edculos, en una agenda conjunta con las autoridades provinciales y las fuerzas federales. Y se aumentar\u00e1 significativamente el importe que obliga al ciudadano a informar al Estado el origen de los fondos para adquirir un veh\u00edculo.
