Asimismo el cerdo tambi\u00e9n subi\u00f3 un 10% y solamente el pollo se mantuvo, por el momento.&nbsp;Desde el sector adelantaron que esta semana los precios volver\u00e1n a incrementarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que&nbsp;a nivel nacional el precio de la carne vacuna alcanz\u00f3 en diciembre el segundo valor m\u00e1s elevado de los \u00faltimos 60 a\u00f1os, tras la escalada en las cotizaciones de la hacienda de consumo en el \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o pasado. Seg\u00fan Miguel Gorelik, directivo de uno de los mayores frigor\u00edficos del pa\u00eds,&nbsp;la suba refleja en gran medida la constante internalizaci\u00f3n, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, de los valores externos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Precios<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta semana vuelve a aumentar el precio y desde el sector se\u00f1alan que \u201cno sabemos el porcentaje\u201d.
