Los clientes tienen expectativas cambiantes y es fundamental estar al tanto de las \u00faltimas tendencias, tecnolog\u00edas y estrategias para ofrecer experiencias de viaje excepcionales y generar lealtad en los clientes. Adem\u00e1s, la competencia es intensa, por lo que la capacitaci\u00f3n continua permite a los profesionales destacarse y adaptarse a un entorno din\u00e1mico.\u2022 <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al referirse a quien ser\u00e1 el disertante Rojas nos dec\u00eda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>* Michael Smith es Cruise Next Manager (<\/strong><\/em>Gerente de ventas de Cruceros en Norwegian Cruise Line) con 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia en Ventas, fue Gerente de ventas para la empresa *Rolex* en Londres y hace 10 a\u00f1os trabaja en la industria de cruceros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u00abEL objetivo del seminario es ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de simplemente mantener la cartera de clientes o aumentar las ventas en el \u00e1mbito tur\u00edstico. Apunta a cultivar relaciones s\u00f3lidas con los clientes y a ofrecerles experiencias memorables que generen fidelidad a largo plazo. Esto implica comprender las necesidades y deseos del cliente, adaptar las estrategias de venta para satisfacer esas necesidades y crear v\u00ednculos emocionales con la marca.
