Una de las propuestas destacadas es la implementaci\u00f3n del \u00abdivorcio express\u00bb, un tr\u00e1mite simplificado para parejas que deseen disolver el v\u00ednculo sin intervenci\u00f3n de abogados ni jueces, siempre que exista acuerdo mutuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el cap\u00edtulo III del proyecto, que modifica el C\u00f3digo Civil y Comercial, se incorpora un nuevo inciso d) al art\u00edculo 435. Este inciso establece que los c\u00f3nyuges podr\u00e1n comunicar su voluntad de disolver el v\u00ednculo de manera conjunta ante el \u00f3rgano administrativo del \u00faltimo domicilio conyugal, teniendo esta comunicaci\u00f3n los mismos efectos que un divorcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa busca trasladar el tr\u00e1mite de divorcio del \u00e1mbito judicial al administrativo, modernizando la legislaci\u00f3n y respetando la preponderancia de la libertad individual. La presentaci\u00f3n ante el Registro Civil ser\u00eda suficiente, eliminando la necesidad de abogados y la intervenci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el Congreso aprueba la propuesta, las parejas podr\u00e1n divorciarse sin recurrir a intermediarios judiciales, simplificando el proceso y enfoc\u00e1ndose en la autonom\u00eda de las partes involucradas.
