Marcos David L\u00f3pez Asencio, quienes desde el 11 de diciembre tienen la importante funci\u00f3n de dirigir el recurso humano, la log\u00edstica y la actividad operacional de la fuerza de seguridad provincial para brindar mayor seguridad a los misioneros.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los nuevos encargados de llevar adelante el funcionamiento de la fuerza de seguridad, poseen amplia experiencia en \u00e1reas operativas. El jefe de Polic\u00eda supo prestar servicio a la comunidad en las comisar\u00edas del interior y de la zona capital, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n en la Direcci\u00f3n Investigaciones y en el Centro Integral de Operaciones del 911. Siendo su \u00faltimo destino, como Director de la Universidad de las Fuerzas de Seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay que destacar, que a lo largo de sus carreras se han capacitado mediante cursos nacionales e internacionales para llevar adelante funciones importantes de planeamiento, organizaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n operacional e investigativa en la lucha contra la narcocriminalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es as\u00ed, que el Jefe de Polic\u00eda posee t\u00edtulo de Licenciado en Relaciones Internacionales, Abogado, Docente Superior Universitario con Orientaci\u00f3n en Ciencias Jur\u00eddicas, adem\u00e1s de numerosos cursos operativos nacionales e internacionales, como el de T\u00e9cnicas y T\u00e1cticas en Operaciones Especiales, realizado en Estados Unidos. Curso sobre la ONU, Paz y Seguridad Mundial llevado a cabo en Asociaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas en Venezuela, posee una diplomatura en negociaci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, capacitaci\u00f3n en la lucha contra el tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de drogas, entre numerosas capacitaciones para el desarrollo profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el Subjefe de fuerza provincial es Licenciado en Seguridad, Profesor Universitario y Profesor de Instructor de Tiro. As\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n, efectu\u00f3 cursos y seminario de seguridad entre ellos el abordaje multidisciplinario en escenario estrat\u00e9gico, y el de formador de instructores en armas, entre otras capacitaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien a partir del lunes ya se encuentran llevando a cabo las funciones designadas, el acto de traspaso de mando se realiz\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana en la Universidad de las Fuerzas de Seguridad, donde estuvieron presentes el Gobernador de la Provincia, Hugo Passalacqua, el Vicegobernador Lucas Romero Spinelli, el Ministro de Gobierno Marcelo G.
