{"id":30409,"date":"2023-11-29T09:08:12","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T12:08:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=30409"},"modified":"2023-11-29T09:08:12","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T12:08:12","slug":"el-gobierno-lanza-nuevo-programa-de-empleo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/el-gobierno-lanza-nuevo-programa-de-empleo\/","title":{"rendered":"El Gobierno lanza nuevo programa de empleo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>A trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n 1495\/2023 del Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social, a cargo de Raquel \u00abKelly\u00bb Olmos, el Gobierno saliente creo un nuevo programa con el que busca promover pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de empleo y formaci\u00f3n profesional.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo es actualizar y fortalecer las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de formaci\u00f3n profesional y promoci\u00f3n del empleo a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Plan propone las siguientes l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promover la formaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, en l\u00ednea con las necesidades de los sectores productivos y las demandas del mercado laboral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitar el acceso al empleo, mediante el desarrollo de programas de intermediaci\u00f3n laboral y de apoyo a la inserci\u00f3n laboral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promover el trabajo decente, garantizando condiciones laborales justas y equitativas para todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, la aprobaci\u00f3n del Plan Nacional de Empleo, que tiene como objetivo favorecer el desarrollo social y profesional de los trabajadores y trabajadoras y contribuir al desarrollo productivo y la competitividad de la econom\u00eda, \u00abes una se\u00f1al clara del compromiso del Gobierno con la generaci\u00f3n de empleo de calidad\u00bb, de acuerdo con lo que sostiene el texto oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3n de estas l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n requerir\u00e1 de un esfuerzo conjunto entre el Estado, los trabajadores y las trabajadoras y empleadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En segundo lugar, la sustituci\u00f3n de la composici\u00f3n y funciones de la Comisi\u00f3n Tripartita de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional y Continua y de Promoci\u00f3n del Empleo fortalece la participaci\u00f3n de los actores sociales en el dise\u00f1o, formulaci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n y planificaci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en materia de empleo y formaci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n estar\u00e1 integrada por representantes del Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social, de las organizaciones representativas de los trabajadores y trabajadoras y de las organizaciones representativas de los empleadores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n 1495\/2023 del Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social, a cargo de Raquel \u00abKelly\u00bb Olmos, el Gobierno saliente creo un nuevo programa con el que busca promover pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de empleo y formaci\u00f3n profesional.
