{"id":30406,"date":"2023-11-29T08:56:21","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T11:56:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=30406"},"modified":"2023-11-29T08:56:21","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T11:56:21","slug":"revocaron-el-sobreseimiento-de-cristina-kirchner-en-la-causa-por-lavado-de-activos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/revocaron-el-sobreseimiento-de-cristina-kirchner-en-la-causa-por-lavado-de-activos\/","title":{"rendered":"Revocaron el sobreseimiento de Cristina Kirchner en la causa por lavado de activos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Con la firma de los camaristas Pablo Bertuzzi y Mariano Llorens, el tribunal de apelaciones dispuso profundizar la investigaci\u00f3n sobre la vicepresidenta, que seguir\u00e1 a cargo del juez federal Sebasti\u00e1n Casanello.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La C\u00e1mara Federal porte\u00f1a revoc\u00f3 hoy el sobreseimiento de la vicepresidenta Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner en la causa por supuesto lavado de activos en la que fue condenado el empresario L\u00e1zaro B\u00e1ez y orden\u00f3 que siga la investigaci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n a su persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n fue de la sala II del Tribunal de Apelaciones que revoc\u00f3 el sobreseimiento dispuesto por el juez federal Sebasti\u00e1n Casanello, seg\u00fan la resoluci\u00f3n a la que tuvo acceso T\u00e9lam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El sobreseimiento resuelto luego de un planteo al respecto del fiscal del caso Guillermo Mariju\u00e1n fue apelado por una asociaci\u00f3n civil, \u00abBases Republicanas\u00bb, ligada al macrismo y aceptada como querellante por la C\u00e1mara luego del dictado de la desvinculaci\u00f3n de la Vicepresidenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Tribunal de Apelaciones con los votos de los camaristas Pablo Bertuzzi y Mariano Llorens y la disidencia de Eduardo Farah revoc\u00f3 el sobreseimiento y dispuso profundizar la investigaci\u00f3n que seguir\u00e1 a cargo de Casanello. \u00abNo habiendo acusaci\u00f3n fiscal y no siendo la ONG Bases una parte habilitada legal y constitucionalmente para querellar penalmente en la causa debe estarse al sobreseimiento dictado en primera instancia\u00bb, sostuvo Farah en minor\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el voto mayoritario de Bertuzzi y Llorens se hizo lugar a la apelaci\u00f3n de la ONG y se orden\u00f3 al juez que \u00abreexamine el fondo de la cuesti\u00f3n teniendo en cuenta los lineamientos expresados\u00bb en la resoluci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara \u00aby todos aquellos que presenten las partes legitimadas en el proceso\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la causa se investigan maniobras de lavado de dinero cometidas por B\u00e1ez a trav\u00e9s de su grupo empresario y ya se hizo un juicio oral en la que result\u00f3 condenado al igual que otros acusados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La expresidenta ten\u00eda falta de m\u00e9rito en el caso y Casanello la sobresey\u00f3 por falta de pruebas, una decisi\u00f3n que ahora qued\u00f3 revocada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la firma de los camaristas Pablo Bertuzzi y Mariano Llorens, el tribunal de apelaciones dispuso profundizar la investigaci\u00f3n sobre la vicepresidenta, que seguir\u00e1 a cargo del juez federal Sebasti\u00e1n Casanello.
