All\u00ed, actualiz\u00f3 las proyecciones econ\u00f3micas para este a\u00f1o y public\u00f3 sus estimaciones para el pr\u00f3ximo.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de prever que en 2024 la inflaci\u00f3n escale 70% y que el d\u00f3lar oficial llegue a los $600, la gesti\u00f3n actual tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 cu\u00e1les ser\u00e1n los impuestos con los que espera recaudar m\u00e1s que este a\u00f1o. Se destaca en esa lista Ganancias, pese a la reciente suba del piso a partir del cual se empieza a pagar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa recaudaci\u00f3n de impuestos nacionales y de aportes y contribuciones a la seguridad social se estima que alcanzar\u00e1 en el a\u00f1o 2024 la suma de $84.274.027,8 millones de pesos, por lo cual ser\u00e1 105,5% superior a la proyectada para el a\u00f1o 2023, increment\u00e1ndose 0,31 puntos porcentuales (p.p.) del PIB respecto al a\u00f1o anterior\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el Gobierno en el documento que present\u00f3 el viernes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministerio de Econom\u00eda reconoci\u00f3 que la presi\u00f3n tributaria pasar\u00eda de 23,61% del PBI en 2023 a 23,92% el a\u00f1o que viene y argument\u00f3 que el cambio \u201cresponde al efecto neto de modificaciones en el contexto macroecon\u00f3mico y de medidas de pol\u00edtica y administraci\u00f3n tributaria en el a\u00f1o 2023\u2033.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e9 impuestos recaudar\u00e1n m\u00e1s en 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el Presupuesto 2024, habr\u00e1 varios impuestos que aumentar\u00e1n su participaci\u00f3n como porcentaje del PBI. Los que presentar\u00e1n los incrementos m\u00e1s representativos ser\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Impuesto a las Ganancias: pasar\u00e1 de 4,95% en 2023 a 5,18% del PBI en 2024. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el Gobierno, el crecimiento se relacionar\u00e1 con las subas proyectadas en la inflaci\u00f3n y el tipo de cambio, as\u00ed como en los salarios y las importaciones, adem\u00e1s del crecimiento de los pagos anticipados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Derechos de exportaci\u00f3n o retenciones: ir\u00e1 de 0,63% a 1,43%. La proyecci\u00f3n oficial espera un aumento de 356,2% anual que aporte 9,1 p.p. al incremento de la recaudaci\u00f3n total. \u201dEl crecimiento se explica fundamentalmente por la recuperaci\u00f3n de los saldos exportables, fuertemente disminuidos en 2023 por el efecto de la sequ\u00eda y por el aumento del tipo de cambio\u201d, explic\u00f3 Econom\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impuesto PAIS: aumentar\u00e1 de 0,84% a 1,18%. El universo alcanzado por este tributo se ampli\u00f3 a fines de julio cuando el Gobierno decidi\u00f3 gravar con una al\u00edcuota de 25% a los servicios y de 7,5% a la compra de bienes. El Presupuesto 2024 detall\u00f3 que los ingresos por este tributo crecer\u00e1n 184,4% en 2024. Adem\u00e1s de los cambios en la base imponible, el Gobierno detall\u00f3 que el alza responde al incremento previsto del d\u00f3lar, al aumento en las ventas de pasajes al exterior y a una mayor utilizaci\u00f3n de las tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito y d\u00e9bito para operaciones en d\u00f3lares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El IVA recaudar\u00e1 menos en 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el proyecto de Presupuesto 2024, el IVA ser\u00e1 el impuesto que m\u00e1s reducir\u00e1 su peso en t\u00e9rminos del PBI, ya que pasar\u00e1 de representar 7,81% a 6,66%. La recaudaci\u00f3n estimada aumentar\u00eda 72,9% con respecto a este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque recientemente se anunci\u00f3 una devoluci\u00f3n del IVA a un universo amplio de beneficiarios, el Gobierno explic\u00f3 que la disminuci\u00f3n del peso de ese impuesto prevista para el a\u00f1o que viene se relaciona con los \u201clos cr\u00e9ditos fiscales originados por las mayores percepciones aduaneras recaudadas en 2023\u2033.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al filo del plazo legal, el Gobierno envi\u00f3 al Congreso el proyecto de Presupuesto 2024 el \u00faltimo viernes.
