{"id":26520,"date":"2023-07-25T11:02:43","date_gmt":"2023-07-25T11:02:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=26520"},"modified":"2023-07-25T11:02:43","modified_gmt":"2023-07-25T11:02:43","slug":"aplicaron-oficialmente-el-impuesto-pais-para-el-dolar-importador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/aplicaron-oficialmente-el-impuesto-pais-para-el-dolar-importador\/","title":{"rendered":"Aplicaron oficialmente el impuesto PAIS para el d\u00f3lar importador"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>El gobierno nacional oficializ\u00f3 ayer la decisi\u00f3n de aplicar el impuesto PAIS a la compra de divisas para la importaci\u00f3n de una serie de bienes y servicios, a trav\u00e9s del Decreto 377\/2023 publicado hoy en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La norma precisa que no se grava la importaci\u00f3n de los bienes y servicios sino la compra de billetes para hacer esa operaci\u00f3n, ya que quien tenga d\u00f3lares podr\u00e1 utilizarlos sin pagar este impuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed se generaliza el pago del impuesto PAIS del 25% para la compra de d\u00f3lares destinados al pago de todos los servicios en el exterior, excepto fletes, que se aplicar\u00e1 una al\u00edcuota del 7,5%; salud y educaci\u00f3n, que quedan exentos; y los recitales, que ya pagan 30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El impuesto lo perciben los bancos al momento de que los importadores acceden al Mercado Libre de Cambios, y no se aplica si se paga con d\u00f3lares propios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, un impuesto PAIS del 7,5% tambi\u00e9n se aplicar\u00e1 a la compra de d\u00f3lares para la importaci\u00f3n de bienes, pero no se aplica si se paga con d\u00f3lares propios, excepto medicamentos y material para combatir el fuego, combustibles, lubricantes, vinculados a la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, y a la cadena de componentes de la canasta b\u00e1sica alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este impuesto se aplica sobre todas las importaciones, incluidas los ingresos a Zona Franca, y \u00c1rea Aduanera Especial de Tierra del Fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, los bienes suntuarios siguen pagando 30% de impuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, no se aplica el impuesto a las importaciones temporales (como automotriz o el sector agr\u00edcola) siempre y cuando la venta del producto terminado sea previa a la compra del insumo. Por ejemplo, se tendr\u00e1 que vender la camioneta antes de comprar las bater\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el art\u00edculo 5 se establece una modificaci\u00f3n en la recaudaci\u00f3n incremental del impuesto, que se destinar\u00e1 en un 65% al financiamiento de programas a cargo de la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de la Seguridad Social (Anses) y el 5% al Instituto Nacional de Servicios Sociales para Jubilados y Pensionados (Inssjp, m\u00e1s conocido como PAMI), quedando el 30% restante sin cambios para el Fondo de Integraci\u00f3n Socio Urbana (FISU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resto del producido seguir\u00e1 con la misma distribuci\u00f3n fijada en el decreto 184 del 26 de febrero de 2020, que estableci\u00f3 un 42% para la Anses y un 28% para el PAMI.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El gobierno nacional oficializ\u00f3 ayer la decisi\u00f3n de aplicar el impuesto PAIS a la compra de divisas para la importaci\u00f3n de una serie de bienes y servicios, a trav\u00e9s del Decreto 377\/2023 publicado hoy en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.
