{"id":26229,"date":"2023-07-13T00:00:41","date_gmt":"2023-07-13T00:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=26229"},"modified":"2023-07-13T00:00:41","modified_gmt":"2023-07-13T00:00:41","slug":"un-fallo-de-la-justicia-portena-dictamino-que-la-plataforma-uber-es-ilegal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/un-fallo-de-la-justicia-portena-dictamino-que-la-plataforma-uber-es-ilegal\/","title":{"rendered":"Un fallo de la justicia porte\u00f1a dictamin\u00f3 que la plataforma Uber es ilegal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>La medida tambi\u00e9n alcanza a Didi, otra aplicaci\u00f3n de viajes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plataforma de transporte Uber es ilegal, y por lo tanto deber\u00eda convertirse en un servicio complementario a las regulaciones vigentes de la Ley de Taxis y Remises, seg\u00fan un fallo de la justicia porte\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juzgado en lo Contencioso Administrativo, Tributario y de Relaciones de Consumo N\u00b015 de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, a cargo de V\u00edctor Trionfetti, emiti\u00f3 ese dictamen final, tras una presentaci\u00f3n de la Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Peones de Taxis (Fepetax), conducida por Jorge Garcia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abAhora las plataformas piratas como Uber tienen que &#8216;aggiornarse&#8217; como una aplicaci\u00f3n de servicio sobre lo que est\u00e1 regulado por Ley\u00bb, expres\u00f3 el sindicalista en un comunicado, y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u00abTambi\u00e9n intima a que la Legislatura Porte\u00f1a y el Congreso Nacional pongan a las plataformas en un marco de legalidad\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien la sentencia abarca el \u00e1mbito de Capital Federal, sienta jurisprudencia, lo cual significa un importante golpe a las plataformas como Uber y tambi\u00e9n Didi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLas plataformas buscan avanzar sobre todo el pa\u00eds. Estimamos que son miles trabajadores precarizados. Ahora son los legisladores los responsables de ordenar la actividad para luego reglamentarse. Estamos hablando de cientos de millones de pesos en evasi\u00f3n previsonal, impuestos a la AFIP que ya los mult\u00f3 varias veces y fuga de capitales. Todos sabemos el fuerte lobby que Uber ejerce para que sigan siendo ilegales pero eso se va a terminar\u00bb, sostuvo Miguel Soto, Secretario Adjunto del Sindicato de Peones de Taxis de CABA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las demandas que afrontaron en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, las plataformas siguen funcionando dentro de un marco de cierta normalidad, tanto en el \u00e1mbito de la Ciudad como en las principales capitales del interior del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La medida tambi\u00e9n alcanza a Didi, otra aplicaci\u00f3n de viajes.
