{"id":25835,"date":"2023-06-28T20:59:15","date_gmt":"2023-06-28T20:59:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=25835"},"modified":"2023-06-28T20:59:15","modified_gmt":"2023-06-28T20:59:15","slug":"el-banco-mundial-otorgo-un-financiamiento-a-la-argentina-por-900-millones-de-dolares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/el-banco-mundial-otorgo-un-financiamiento-a-la-argentina-por-900-millones-de-dolares\/","title":{"rendered":"El Banco Mundial otorg\u00f3 un financiamiento a la Argentina por 900 millones de d\u00f3lares"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Se destinar\u00e1 a financiar obras de infraestructura, energ\u00eda y salud.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El directorio del Banco Mundial aprob\u00f3 hoy tres nuevos pr\u00e9stamos para la Argentina, por un total de U$S900 millones, que se destinar\u00e1n a financiar obras de infraestructura, energ\u00eda y salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3 el organismo crediticio, US$400 millones se invertir\u00e1n en ampliar el acceso a energ\u00eda limpia y promover medidas de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en hogares y comunidades vulnerables; US$300 millones para mejorar la cobertura de servicios de salud de calidad y US$200 millones para reducir los riesgos por inundaciones en distintas ciudades del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tres proyectos son pr\u00e9stamos de margen variable, reembolsables en 32 a\u00f1os y tienen un per\u00edodo de gracia de siete a\u00f1os. La tasa var\u00eda seg\u00fan el proyecto, pero como son pr\u00e9stamos de inversi\u00f3n, son las mejores que puede ofrecer el Banco Mundial, entidad que puede prestarle a los pa\u00edses a tasas muy bajas y plazos muy largos. Los proyectos de inversi\u00f3n se van desembolsando con la implementaci\u00f3n y el cumplimiento de objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto \u00abEnerg\u00eda Limpia para Hogares y Comunidades Vulnerables\u00bb busca que m\u00e1s de 200.000 personas en \u00e1reas rurales remotas tengan acceso a servicios de electricidad y que se implementen medidas de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en hogares e instituciones, al reemplazar electrodom\u00e9sticos antiguos, como heladeras, e instalar iluminaci\u00f3n eficiente para reducir el consumo el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el programa \u00abCobertura Universal Efectiva e Integraci\u00f3n del Sistema Nacional de Salud\u00bb apoya el Plan Nacional Integrado de Salud 2023-2028, con foco en mejorar la cobertura equitativa y efectiva de estos servicios para la poblaci\u00f3n sin cobertura. Esto incluye desembolsos por resultados y, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el Banco Mundial en un comunicado, se apoyar\u00e1 la prevenci\u00f3n y control de enfermedades no transmisibles, como el c\u00e1ncer de mama; la creaci\u00f3n de una red de oncolog\u00eda pedi\u00e1trica; la mejora de servicios de salud mental y los relacionados con violencias de g\u00e9nero y se buscar\u00e1 integrar mejor el g\u00e9nero y la diversidad y el enfoque clim\u00e1tico en los servicios sanitarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se pondr\u00e1n en marcha acuerdos centralizados de adquisiciones para ahorrar hasta un 70% en la compra de medicamentos esenciales y la implementaci\u00f3n de la receta digital para minimizar errores de prescripci\u00f3n y facilitar el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n entre profesionales de la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, el proyecto \u00abInfraestructura resiliente al clima para la gesti\u00f3n del riesgo de inundaciones urbanas\u00bb fortalecer\u00e1 la resiliencia al clima en ciudades expuestas a las inundaciones y apoyar\u00e1 una mejor gesti\u00f3n integrada beneficiando a un mill\u00f3n de personas. Las inversiones de US$200 millones en infraestructura se focalizar\u00e1n en la regi\u00f3n del Norte Grande (Chaco, Formosa, Salta, Jujuy, Tucum\u00e1n, Misiones) y en las provincias de Buenos Aires y Santa Fe, donde se ubican la mayor\u00eda de los asentamientos urbanos vulnerables afectados por inundaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, el ministro de Econom\u00eda, Sergio Massa, destac\u00f3 que \u00aba trav\u00e9s del trabajo junto al Banco Mundial, estamos avanzando en atender pol\u00edticas que mejoren la calidad de vida de los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables de nuestro pa\u00eds. Con los proyectos aprobados en el Directorio del Banco, estaremos profundizando y fortaleciendo nuestro sistema de salud p\u00fablica, permitiendo dar continuidad a pol\u00edticas de largo plazo centrales para nuestra poblaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abAsimismo, con el foco puesto en acciones de mitigaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico, estaremos llevando adelante proyectos de infraestructura para mitigar los efectos de eventos<br>clim\u00e1ticos extremos como las inundaciones en el Norte Grande argentino, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n proveer de m\u00e1s y mejores herramientas que contemplen el uso eficiente de la electricidad de las familias argentinas\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La directora del Banco Mundial para Argentina, Paraguay y Uruguay, Marianne Fay, subray\u00f3: \u00abEstamos acompa\u00f1ando a la Argentina con inversiones que ayuden a reducir su vulnerabilidad clim\u00e1tica frente a las inundaciones y que permitan avanzar en la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.
