Tras una prueba de ADN, que se realiz\u00f3 tiempo despu\u00e9s del nacimiento de la criatura, la verdad sali\u00f3 a la luz y quien en ese momento era el esposo de la mujer, decidi\u00f3 ir a la Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan dictamin\u00f3 la C\u00e1mara Civil y Comercial de Olavarr\u00eda, la mujer deber\u00e1 indemnizar a su expareja con la suma de 200 mil pesos m\u00e1s intereses, tras descubrirse la mentira. El fallo confirma la decisi\u00f3n de primera instancia y establece que la madre cometi\u00f3 un acto antijur\u00eddico al ocultar la verdad, causando da\u00f1o moral y lesionando el honor del demandante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mentira empez\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2002, cuando un hombre que asegura que manten\u00eda una relaci\u00f3n sin compromiso, se enter\u00f3 de que la mujer estaba embarazada. El hombre asumi\u00f3 su paternidad porque, adem\u00e1s, la mujer le afirm\u00f3 que \u00e9l era el padre del beb\u00e9. Ambos decidieron vivir juntos y poco despu\u00e9s del nacimiento del beb\u00e9, se separaron debido a la supuesta infidelidad del hombre con una compa\u00f1era de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de unos meses, el hombre comenz\u00f3 a tener dudas en relaci\u00f3n a la paternidad del ni\u00f1o e inici\u00f3 una demanda legal.
