{"id":24192,"date":"2023-04-19T10:52:16","date_gmt":"2023-04-19T10:52:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=24192"},"modified":"2023-04-19T10:52:16","modified_gmt":"2023-04-19T10:52:16","slug":"anmat-aprobo-la-presentacion-de-una-droga-para-el-tratamiento-de-dos-subtipos-de-tumores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/anmat-aprobo-la-presentacion-de-una-droga-para-el-tratamiento-de-dos-subtipos-de-tumores\/","title":{"rendered":"Anmat aprob\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n de una droga para el tratamiento de dos subtipos de tumores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Especialistas en oncolog\u00eda presentaron este martes una nueva droga para el tratamiento de c\u00e1ncer colorrectal metast\u00e1sico y el melanoma no resecable o metast\u00e1sico.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Especialistas en oncolog\u00eda presentaron este martes una nueva droga ya aprobada por Anmat para el tratamiento de dos subtipos de tumores: el c\u00e1ncer colorrectal metast\u00e1sico, para el cual no se contaba en la Argentina con \u00abun esquema de tratamiento espec\u00edfico\u00bb, y el melanoma no resecable o metast\u00e1sico, que combinada con otros f\u00e1rmacos mejora la respuesta de los pacientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El medicamento, presentado en la Argentina por el laboratorio Pfizer, ampl\u00eda las opciones terap\u00e9uticas para el tratamiento de \u00abdos tipos de c\u00e1ncer en estadio avanzados que presenten una alteraci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica del gen BRAF\u00bb, mutaci\u00f3n de las m\u00e1s comunes tanto en los casos de c\u00e1ncer colorrectal (CCR) metast\u00e1sico (representa el 10 y el 12%) como en melanoma avanzado (se da en alrededor de la mitad de los pacientes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Terapia para el c\u00e1ncer colorrectal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encorafenib \u00abinhibe\u00bb la acci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda MAPK, responsable de estimular \u00abel crecimiento y la proliferaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas tumorales\u00bb y se administra como terapia \u00aben segunda l\u00ednea\u00bb para el tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer colorrectal metast\u00e1sico en combinaci\u00f3n con cetuximab, un anticuerpo monoclonal que ataca al receptor del factor de crecimiento epid\u00e9rmico (EGFR), una prote\u00edna que se encuentra alterada en las c\u00e9lulas malignas, favoreciendo su crecimiento y multiplicaci\u00f3n, explicaron de manera t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tratamiento nuevo para el melanoma no resecable:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los casos de melanoma no resecable o metast\u00e1sico, la indicaci\u00f3n es a partir de primera l\u00ednea de tratamiento junto a binimetinib, una medicaci\u00f3n que inhibe la actividad de unas prote\u00ednas (MEK1 y MEK2) que se encuentran alteradas y que favorecen el proceso de multiplicaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas cancerosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos medicamentos se administran en forma oral, mientras que el cetuximab (para el c\u00e1ncer colorrectal) es por v\u00eda intravenosa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Especialistas en oncolog\u00eda presentaron este martes una nueva droga para el tratamiento de c\u00e1ncer colorrectal metast\u00e1sico y el melanoma no resecable o metast\u00e1sico.
