{"id":21578,"date":"2023-01-04T12:06:42","date_gmt":"2023-01-04T12:06:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=21578"},"modified":"2023-01-04T12:06:42","modified_gmt":"2023-01-04T12:06:42","slug":"mujeres-sin-30-anos-de-aporte-no-podran-jubilarse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/mujeres-sin-30-anos-de-aporte-no-podran-jubilarse\/","title":{"rendered":"Mujeres sin 30 a\u00f1os de aporte no podr\u00e1n jubilarse"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>No se pudo tratar en el congreso el Plan de Pago de Deuda Previsional, por consecuencia el 31 de diciembre venci\u00f3 el plazo para jubilarse sin contar con los 30 a\u00f1os.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El proyecto lanzado por ANSES no obtuvo quorum en la c\u00e1mara, siendo as\u00ed, el Gobierno incluyo la iniciativa en las extraordinarias previstas para la segunda quincena de este mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 31 de diciembre venci\u00f3 el plazo para poder jubilarse sin contar con los 30 a\u00f1os necesarios y as\u00ed acceder al haber previsional, dicho esto, el 1\u00b0 de enero, 9 de cada 10 mujeres y 7 de cada 10 varones pr\u00f3ximos a cumplir la edad de jubilaci\u00f3n tampoco cuentan con ese beneficio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo Plan impulsado por ANSES permitir\u00e1 la regularizaci\u00f3n de los per\u00edodos faltantes de aportes hasta diciembre de 2008. Seg\u00fan ANSES, se incluir\u00e1 a 800.000 personas, donde el 60% son mujeres en edad jubilatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de que no se sancione el Plan de Pago, las mujeres tendr\u00e1n que esperar hasta los 65 a\u00f1os para poder acceder a una Pensi\u00f3n Universal para el Adulto Mayor (PUAM), que asegura un ingreso mensual, asignaciones familiares y cobertura m\u00e9dica. Adem\u00e1s, el ingreso equivale al 80% del salario m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma tambi\u00e9n los varones pueden tramitar la PUAM desde los 65 a\u00f1os, la cual no toma en cuenta los a\u00f1os aportados y tampoco permite recibir una pensi\u00f3n por muerte del c\u00f3nyuge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De aprobarse en extraordinarias, el Plan de Pago de Deuda Previsional regir\u00eda por dos a\u00f1os y permitir\u00eda saldar la deuda de aportes en hasta 120 cuotas, que se descontar\u00edan de manera directa del haber jubilatorio que le corresponda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No se pudo tratar en el congreso el Plan de Pago de Deuda Previsional, por consecuencia el 31 de diciembre venci\u00f3 el plazo para jubilarse sin contar con los 30 a\u00f1os.
