{"id":21485,"date":"2022-12-30T12:49:43","date_gmt":"2022-12-30T12:49:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=21485"},"modified":"2022-12-30T12:49:43","modified_gmt":"2022-12-30T12:49:43","slug":"el-gobierno-postergo-la-suba-de-un-impuesto-a-los-combustibles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/el-gobierno-postergo-la-suba-de-un-impuesto-a-los-combustibles\/","title":{"rendered":"El Gobierno posterg\u00f3 la suba de un impuesto a los combustibles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Mediante decreto, el Poder Ejecutivo suspendi\u00f3 el cobro del tributo fijados en la ley 23.966 hasta abril de 2023.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno posterg\u00f3 nuevamente el incremento de los impuestos a los combustibles l\u00edquidos para evitar que esto impacte en los precios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La medida se dio a conocer a trav\u00e9s del Decreto 864\/2022, publicado este viernes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, y establece que el aumento de aplique reci\u00e9n a partir del 1 de abril de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abEstabl\u00e9cese que los incrementos en los montos de los impuestos fijados en la Ley N\u00b0 23.966 que resulten de las actualizaciones correspondientes al tercer y cuarto trimestres calendario de 2021 y al primer, segundo, tercer y cuarto trimestres calendario de 2022, surtir\u00e1n efectos para la nafta sin plomo, la nafta virgen y el gasoil, a partir del 1\u00b0 de abril de 2023, inclusive\u00bb, detalla el texto oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Poder Ejecutivo justific\u00f3 esta nueva postergaci\u00f3n al se\u00f1alar que \u00abtrat\u00e1ndose de impuestos al consumo y dado que la demanda de los combustibles l\u00edquidos es altamente inel\u00e1stica, las variaciones en los impuestos se trasladan en forma pr\u00e1cticamente directa a los precios finales de los combustibles\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por tal motivo, subray\u00f3 que \u00aben l\u00ednea con las medidas instrumentadas hasta la fecha y con el fin de asegurar una necesaria estabilizaci\u00f3n y una adecuada evoluci\u00f3n de los precios, resulta razonable, para la nafta sin plomo, la nafta virgen y el gasoil, postergar hasta el 1\u00b0 de abril de 2023 los efectos de los incrementos en los montos de los impuestos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En noviembre, el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda cerr\u00f3 un acuerdo con las petroleras YPF, Shell, Axion y Puma a trav\u00e9s del cual la nafta y el gasoil no deber\u00e1n subir m\u00e1s de 4% durante los primeros tres meses de 2023 y 3,8% en el cuarto mes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mediante decreto, el Poder Ejecutivo suspendi\u00f3 el cobro del tributo fijados en la ley 23.966 hasta abril de 2023.
