En ese sentido, manifest\u00f3: \u00abEstoy convencido que el fallo carece de los fundamentos exigidos a toda decisi\u00f3n judicial y por lo tanto est\u00e1 viciada\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, Fern\u00e1ndez explic\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte \u00abafecta leg\u00edtimos derecho de las provincias argentinas y quiebra la igualdad\u00bb sobre la cual se asienta el federalismo en nuestra Constituci\u00f3n Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, manifest\u00f3 que es una decisi\u00f3n cautelar que \u00abviola la divisi\u00f3n de poderes y carece de fundamentaci\u00f3n suficiente\u00bb. De esa manera, detall\u00f3 que \u00abcomo Presidente he dispuesto el \u00fanico remedio posible y razonable\u00bb, por lo que \u00abhe instruido al Procurador del Tesoro para presentar un recurso de revocatoria\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de esta medida por parte del Poder Ejecutivo es que se revise la medida cautelar dispuesta. Al mismo tiempo, Fern\u00e1ndez remarc\u00f3 que ha ordenado \u00abrecusar a los jueces del m\u00e1ximo tribunal\u00bb porque \u00abhan prejuzgado contra el Estado Nacional, perjudicando sus cuentas y afectando los recursos de las 23 provincias argentinas\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, Fern\u00e1ndez destac\u00f3 que si bien buscar\u00e1 \u00abrevertir la mala resoluci\u00f3n de la Corte y retomar las sendas del federalismo\u00bb, tambi\u00e9n debe \u00abrespetar las leyes vigentes\u00bb. De esa manera, inform\u00f3 que se reasignar\u00e1n \u00ablos \u00fanicos recursos disponibles del ejercicio 2022\u00bb y se transferir\u00e1n \u00aba una cuenta del Banco Naci\u00f3n a nombre del GCBA\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esa manera, explic\u00f3 que se utilizar\u00e1n bonos TX31 y que la transferencia comprender\u00e1 \u00abel dinero correspondiente a 90 d\u00edas de vigencia de la medida cautelar, a la espera del fallo definitivo o a una ley del Congreso\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el mandatario nacional sostuvo que enviar\u00e1 al Congreso un proyecto para tratar en sesiones extraordinarias para \u00abpreservar el sistema federal vigente, no afectar a los derechos reconocidos a las provincias argentinas y compensar las p\u00e9rdidas que esta medida cautelar les produce\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s de un hilo en su cuenta de Twitter, el presidente Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez anunci\u00f3 que realizar\u00e1 el pago a la Ciudad de Buenos Aires de los fondos coparticipables, tal cual lo plantea el fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
