{"id":21006,"date":"2022-12-02T10:59:19","date_gmt":"2022-12-02T10:59:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=21006"},"modified":"2022-12-02T10:59:19","modified_gmt":"2022-12-02T10:59:19","slug":"el-senado-aprobo-las-modificaciones-a-la-ley-de-adopcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/el-senado-aprobo-las-modificaciones-a-la-ley-de-adopcion\/","title":{"rendered":"El Senado aprob\u00f3 las modificaciones a la Ley de Adopci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>El proyecto, que busca agilizar los tr\u00e1mites de adopci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1 pasar por Diputados para obtener su sanci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Senado de la Provincia de Buenos Aires aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad el proyecto del Senador bahiense por el Frente de Todos, Marcelo Feli\u00fa, que modifica la vigente Ley de Adopci\u00f3n con la intenci\u00f3n de agilizar y mejorar en varios aspectos el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Ley 14.528 fue sancionada hace ya una d\u00e9cada, y las reformas buscan la unificaci\u00f3n de plazos con la legislaci\u00f3n nacional, acortando el tiempo del procedimiento de adopci\u00f3n, procurando agilizar los dict\u00e1menes, dentro del debido resguardo del Inter\u00e9s Superior del Ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tr\u00e1mites de adopci\u00f3n incluyen una serie de pasos burocr\u00e1ticos que hacen que sea un proceso complejo, en el que los m\u00e1s afectados son los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes que esperan que se resuelva su situaci\u00f3n, ante su situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTenemos que ser sensibles a los cambios necesarios para mejorar el proceso de adopci\u00f3n. Cada d\u00eda que a partir de hoy se gana puede significar que un ni\u00f1o en situaci\u00f3n de abandono acceda a tener la familia a la que tiene derecho\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Feli\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la reforma se garantiza tambi\u00e9n el patrocinio gratuito y se reafirma el principio que rige la Ley del Inter\u00e9s Superior del Ni\u00f1o, dando participaci\u00f3n a los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes en los procesos de declaraci\u00f3n de adoptabilidad y adopci\u00f3n, a la vez que se les brinda la asistencia de un letrado especializado en ni\u00f1ez y adolescencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las modificaciones incluyen m\u00e1s derechos para ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes en el proceso adoptivo; resaltan el rol preponderante de los Servicios Locales de Promoci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Derechos; incorporan la posibilidad del dictado de otras figuras sustitutivas a las medida de abrigo ante situaciones de alta vulnerabilidad y cuando no se encuentran reunidas las condiciones de adoptabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se profundizar\u00e1 la necesidad de capacitaci\u00f3n a todas las partes intervinientes, en especial de los pretensos adoptantes, para derribar mitos que obstaculizan la decisi\u00f3n de inscribirse para adoptar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El proyecto, que busca agilizar los tr\u00e1mites de adopci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1 pasar por Diputados para obtener su sanci\u00f3n.
