Adem\u00e1s, la decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 por elaborarse bajo condiciones \u201cdesconocidas\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica (ANMAT) prohibi\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del Bolet\u00edn Oficial la elaboraci\u00f3n, fraccionamiento y comercializaci\u00f3n en todo el territorio nacional de una marca de agua, por elaborarse bajo condiciones \u201cdesconocidas\u201d y por tratarse de un producto \u201cilegal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la Disposici\u00f3n 9364\/2022, publicada en las primeras horas del jueves, el organismo afirm\u00f3 haber recibido una alerta de la Agencia Santafesina de Seguridad Alimentaria (ASSAI) sobre el producto, en base a la denuncia efectuada por un consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bebida se encuentra rotulada de la siguiente manera: \u201cAgua potable microfiltrada declorada esterilizada por rayos ultravioletas lista para beber Carlotta, Distribuidora C.A.C., Cont. Neto 20 litros\u201d. Seg\u00fan afirm\u00f3 la ASSAI, el art\u00edculo no cumpl\u00eda con la normativa vigente al carecer de n\u00fameros de registro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, el Departamento de Vigilancia Sanitaria y Nutricional de los Alimentos del INAL realiz\u00f3 una segunda verificaci\u00f3n y confirm\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que \u201cen los datos exhibidos en el r\u00f3tulo del mismo no se precisan los registro asociados con la raz\u00f3n social, denominaci\u00f3n y nombre comercial\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El organismo consider\u00f3 al agua de mesa como \u00abilegal\u00bb.
