El misionero volvi\u00f3 a encontrarse con su provincia, a medida que se flexibiliz\u00f3 el turismo interno eso es una potencia que nos dicen cada vez que recorremos alg\u00fan salto, camping de la Provincia. Necesitamos acompa\u00f1ar a capacitarse, formarse porque eso es sumamente importante\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y luego sigui\u00f3 su par del gabinete. \u201cAnte el gran crecimiento que experimenta el sector tur\u00edstico, que en consecuencia constituye una gran usina de empleos, entendemos que es fundamental generar estos espacios de capacitaci\u00f3n, y orientar a los beneficiarios de planes sociales sobre cu\u00e1les son los rubros que tienen gran demanda en el sector, y en funci\u00f3n de esto brindar herramientas que los califique para acceder al trabajo formal\u201d, manifest\u00f3 el ministro de Turismo, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Arr\u00faa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro de Turismo encabez\u00f3 la apertura de la jornada junto al vicegobernador, Carlos Arce; el ministro de Desarrollo Social, Fernando Meza; la Jefa de la Agencia Territorial Posadas del Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social de la Naci\u00f3n, Ver\u00f3nica Derna; y el titular de la AMHBRA, Gustavo Alvarenga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta apunta, prioritariamente, a la capacitaci\u00f3n de personas beneficiarias de los planes \u201cPotenciar Trabajo\u201d y \u201cFomentar Empleo\u201d, con el objeto de fortalecer sus habilidades individuales, e impulsarlos a la incorporaci\u00f3n al empleo registrado en el sector gastron\u00f3mico y hotelero -en los roles de mozos, camareras, mucamas y mucamos, y recepcionistas-, lo que implica diferentes incentivos tanto para titulares como para empleadoras y empleadores. \u201cEs importante destacar que, los empresarios que contraten a estos j\u00f3venes cuentan con un beneficio en las cargas sociales, con lo cual es tambi\u00e9n un beneficio para la empresa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/16-pote.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"718\" height=\"537\" data-src=\"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/16-pote.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20237 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/16-pote.jpg 718w, https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/16-pote-300x224.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 718px) 100vw, 718px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 718px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 718\/537;\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de esta iniciativa, los participantes contar\u00e1n con herramientas profesionales que los habilitar\u00e1n para acceder a un puesto laboral en hoteler\u00eda o gastronom\u00eda; as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n formar parte de una bolsa de trabajo que estar\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n del mercado empresarial, a trav\u00e9s de las oficinas de Empleo y las bases de datos de los ministerios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, se genera un c\u00edrculo virtuoso que beneficia a todos los actores, a trav\u00e9s de la generaci\u00f3n de empleo formal para el mayor capital que tiene Misiones, que es su gente. Por ello, el Gobierno de Misiones trabaja de manera mancomunada entre sus diferentes organismos para potenciar el trabajo genuino y generar nuevas oportunidades para los habitantes de esta
