{"id":19483,"date":"2022-09-26T13:13:53","date_gmt":"2022-09-26T13:13:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=19483"},"modified":"2022-09-26T13:13:53","modified_gmt":"2022-09-26T13:13:53","slug":"desde-fehgra-piden-que-baje-el-iva-para-el-sector-hotelero-y-gastronomico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/desde-fehgra-piden-que-baje-el-iva-para-el-sector-hotelero-y-gastronomico\/","title":{"rendered":"Desde FEHGRA piden que baje el IVA para el sector hotelero y gastron\u00f3mico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Los referentes del sector hotelero y gastron\u00f3mico plantearon la necesidad de discutir con el Gobierno nacional la aplicaci\u00f3n de una reducci\u00f3n al 10,5% de la al\u00edcuota del IVA para la actividad, con el objetivo de promover el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y la generaci\u00f3n de empleo.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reunidos en el Coloquio Tributario 2022 organizado por la Federaci\u00f3n Empresaria Hotelera Gastron\u00f3mica (Fehgra), los empresarios requirieron la aplicaci\u00f3n de la al\u00edcuota del tipo reducida del 10,5% en vez de la general del 21%, como f\u00f3rmula estrat\u00e9gica implementada en la Comunidad Econ\u00f3mica Europea en su legislaci\u00f3n de IVA, para impulsar esta actividad transversal para la econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNuestra actividad tiene que estar gravada al 10,5% y no al 21%. El modelo que rige nuestro sistema impositivo es una copia del europeo, que tiene dos tipos de al\u00edcuota: la general y la reducida. Justamente, la reducida es la que se aplica en las actividades hotelero gastron\u00f3micas en Europa\u201d, explic\u00f3 durante el coloquio el vicepresidente de Fehgra, Rafael Miranda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido se expres\u00f3 durante su exposici\u00f3n Francisco Javier S\u00e1nchez Gallardo, inspector de Hacienda del Estado de Espa\u00f1a y consejero de Finanzas de la Embajada de Espa\u00f1a en Brasil: \u201cSi se aplica una al\u00edcuota reducida del IVA para un determinado sector, se fomenta que ese sector tenga un volumen de actividad mayor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl IVA reducido, en cierto modo, beneficia a los consumidores, pero el principal beneficiario es el empleo, ya que el sector al que se aplica el IVA reducido absorbe una mayor cantidad de empleados. Los aut\u00e9nticos beneficiarios son las personas que pueden encontrar trabajo en pa\u00edses donde el turismo es fundamental\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El planteo local de un tipo de IVA reducido para el sector es una herramienta implementada en Europa para beneficiar a los grandes centros de recepci\u00f3n de turistas generando una fuente de divisas y dinamismo de una actividad que beneficia a todos los ciudadanos, se resalt\u00f3 en el encuentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por estos motivos, la propuesta de Fehgra es que el sector tenga la tasa reducida permanente que le corresponde, tal como ocurre en Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Federaci\u00f3n realiz\u00f3 ayer y hoy el XIX Coloquio Tributario Hotelero Gastron\u00f3mico con el objetivo de poner nuevamente en agenda el an\u00e1lisis de la coyuntura tributaria para promover iniciativas que se transformen en instrumentos que impulsen el desarrollo del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del an\u00e1lisis de la actualidad del convenio colectivo del trabajo del sector y el reclamo del tipo reducido del IVA, el programa del coloquio se complet\u00f3 con la presentaci\u00f3n del proyecto de \u201cdeducci\u00f3n de gastos de turismo interno en el Impuesto a las Ganancias\u201d, y los paneles sobre temas tributarios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los referentes del sector hotelero y gastron\u00f3mico plantearon la necesidad de discutir con el Gobierno nacional la aplicaci\u00f3n de una reducci\u00f3n al 10,5% de la al\u00edcuota del IVA para la actividad, con el objetivo de promover el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y la generaci\u00f3n de empleo.
