{"id":19419,"date":"2022-09-23T11:43:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-23T11:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=19419"},"modified":"2022-09-23T11:43:00","modified_gmt":"2022-09-23T11:43:00","slug":"se-oficializo-bono-de-20-mil-de-anses-cuando-se-paga-y-quienes-lo-cobran","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/se-oficializo-bono-de-20-mil-de-anses-cuando-se-paga-y-quienes-lo-cobran\/","title":{"rendered":"Se oficializ\u00f3 bono de $20 mil de ANSES: cu\u00e1ndo se paga y qui\u00e9nes lo cobran"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>El bono de ANSES, llamado ahora refuerzo mensual, sali\u00f3 por Decreto y fue publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de la Seguridad Social (ANSES) pagar\u00e1 un bono de 20 mil pesos, llamado refuerzo de ingresos, por los pr\u00f3ximos tres meses seg\u00fan lo establece el Decreto 578\/2022 publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qui\u00e9nes cobrar\u00e1n el refuerzo y por cu\u00e1ntos meses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0.- Establ\u00e9cese un Refuerzo Mensual, en los t\u00e9rminos dispuestos en el presente decreto, para las personas titulares de la Asignaci\u00f3n por Hijo e Hija, e Hijo e Hija con Discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0.- El Refuerzo Mensual se abonar\u00e1 a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Los trabajadores y las trabajadoras que presten servicios remunerados en relaci\u00f3n de dependencia en la actividad privada o p\u00fablica nacional, siempre que el ingreso del grupo familiar establecido por el Decreto N\u00ba 1667\/12 se encuentre dentro del primer rango de ingresos fijado por la Resoluci\u00f3n ANSES N\u00ba 202\/22;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Las personas titulares de la Prestaci\u00f3n por Desempleo de las Leyes Nros. 24.013, 25.191 y 25.371, siempre que el ingreso del grupo familiar establecido por el Decreto N\u00ba 1667\/12 se encuentre dentro del primer rango de ingresos fijado por la Resoluci\u00f3n ANSES N\u00ba 202\/22;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Las personas titulares comprendidas en el art\u00edculo 1\u00b0 del Decreto N\u00b0 592\/16 que perciban las asignaciones familiares del primer rango fijadas por la Resoluci\u00f3n ANSES N\u00ba 202\/22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0.- El monto del Refuerzo Mensual se abonar\u00e1 por cada hijo e hija, en los meses de septiembre, octubre y noviembre de 2022 y consistir\u00e1 en una suma fija no remunerativa equivalente a la cantidad necesaria hasta alcanzar la suma de PESOS VEINTE MIL ($20.000), incluido el Valor General de la Asignaci\u00f3n por Hijo e Hija correspondiente al primer rango de ingresos fijado por la Resoluci\u00f3n ANSES N\u00b0 202\/22 y el Complemento Mensual de Asignaciones Familiares establecido en el inciso a) del art\u00edculo 4\u00b0 del Decreto N\u00b0 719\/21 para las personas comprendidas en el art\u00edculo 2\u00b0 del presente decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00b0.- El Refuerzo Mensual que se otorga por el presente decreto se abonar\u00e1 a las personas titulares que hayan percibido en el mes de septiembre de 2022 las Asignaciones por Hijo e Hija y\/o Hijo o Hija con Discapacidad correspondientes al mes de julio de 2022; en el mes de octubre de 2022 las correspondientes al mes de agosto de 2022 y en el mes de noviembre de 2022 las correspondientes al mes de septiembre de 2022; y no ser\u00e1 susceptible de descuento alguno ni computable para ning\u00fan otro concepto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00b0.- Fac\u00faltase a la SECRETAR\u00cdA DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL y a la ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N NACIONAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL (ANSES), en el \u00e1mbito de sus respectivas competencias, a dictar las normas aclaratorias y complementarias necesarias para la implementaci\u00f3n del presente decreto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El bono de ANSES, llamado ahora refuerzo mensual, sali\u00f3 por Decreto y fue publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.
