{"id":18271,"date":"2022-08-06T10:22:28","date_gmt":"2022-08-06T10:22:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=18271"},"modified":"2022-08-06T10:22:28","modified_gmt":"2022-08-06T10:22:28","slug":"la-afip-retomo-las-ejecuciones-fiscales-a-deudores-impositivos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/la-afip-retomo-las-ejecuciones-fiscales-a-deudores-impositivos\/","title":{"rendered":"La AFIP retom\u00f3 las ejecuciones fiscales a deudores impositivos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>El organismo inform\u00f3 que antes de llegar a la instancia de ejecuci\u00f3n, los contribuyentes fueron intimados y notificados \u00aben reiteradas oportunidades\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP) retom\u00f3 las ejecuciones fiscales con los procedimientos habituales para deudores incluidos en las categor\u00edas de riesgo grande y mediano, luego de diecinueve meses de estar suspendidas con motivo de la pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuentes de la AFIP informaron que antes de llegar a la instancia de ejecuci\u00f3n, los contribuyentes fueron intimados y notificados \u00aben reiteradas oportunidades\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de avanzar con el proceso formal de las ejecuciones, el tr\u00e1mite administrativo determina que primero los contribuyentes reciben una intimaci\u00f3n, luego una boleta de pago con la deuda para que puedan cancelarla y por \u00faltimo el embargo, explicaron las fuentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La AFIP no realiza embargos preventivos de ning\u00fan tipo ni toma medidas sectoriales, sino que se trata de procesos que se efect\u00faan con relaci\u00f3n a CUIT con deudas l\u00edquidas y exigibles previamente intimadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plataforma utilizada por este organismo para la instrumentaci\u00f3n de este tipo de diligencias se denomina \u00abSistema de Oficios Judiciales\u00bb (SOJ), es por esa raz\u00f3n que dicha sigla puede verse mencionada en el tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El organismo inform\u00f3 que antes de llegar a la instancia de ejecuci\u00f3n, los contribuyentes fueron intimados y notificados \u00aben reiteradas oportunidades\u00bb.
