{"id":18154,"date":"2022-08-03T09:24:08","date_gmt":"2022-08-03T09:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=18154"},"modified":"2022-08-03T09:31:39","modified_gmt":"2022-08-03T09:31:39","slug":"un-puma-fue-declarada-animal-no-humano-sujeto-de-derechos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/un-puma-fue-declarada-animal-no-humano-sujeto-de-derechos\/","title":{"rendered":"Una puma fue declarada \u201canimal no humano sujeto de derechos\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Un ejemplar de puma fue declarado por primera vez \u201csujeto de derecho\u201d por la justicia en el mismo sentido en el que antes lo fueron la orangutana Sandra, la chimpanc\u00e9 Cecilia y la elefanta Mara, lo que para los especialistas reconfirma el lugar de vanguardia mundial que Argentina ostenta en materia de derecho animal.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de Lola Lim\u00f3n, la puma de 3 a\u00f1os y medio que se encuentra en el Ecoparque desde octubre de 2019 cuando fue rescatada por efectivos policiales de una vivienda de Mataderos donde oficiaba como mascota siendo una cachorra de 6 meses de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sentencia se inscribe en lo que se denomina \u00abDerecho animal\u00bb, que es el cuerpo legislativo y jurisprudencial que tiene por objetivo salvaguardar el respeto a la vida, la libertad y dignidad de los seres sintientes no humanos sobre la base de la Declaraci\u00f3n Universal de los Derechos de los Animales de 1977, doctrina jur\u00eddica que en Argentina produjo fallos innovadores como el de la orangutana Sandra, la chimpanc\u00e9 Cecilia, la elefanta Mara y ahora la puma Lola Lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la jueza otorg\u00f3 \u00abla custodia definitiva\u00bb del ejemplar individualizado a la Unidad de Proyectos Especiales (UPE) Ecoparque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEste fallo se basa en el caso de la orangutana Sandra, que es el caso emblem\u00e1tico que cambia el paradigma y da sentido al derecho animal, al declararla sujeto de derecho o persona no humana\u00bb, dijo el constitucionalista Andr\u00e9s Gil Dom\u00ednguez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un ejemplar de puma fue declarado por primera vez \u201csujeto de derecho\u201d por la justicia en el mismo sentido en el que antes lo fueron la orangutana Sandra, la chimpanc\u00e9 Cecilia y la elefanta Mara, lo que para los especialistas reconfirma el lugar de vanguardia mundial que Argentina ostenta en materia de derecho animal.
