{"id":17837,"date":"2022-07-23T12:06:48","date_gmt":"2022-07-23T12:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=17837"},"modified":"2022-07-23T12:06:48","modified_gmt":"2022-07-23T12:06:48","slug":"la-secretaria-de-derechos-humanos-denuncio-al-ex-militar-aldo-rico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/la-secretaria-de-derechos-humanos-denuncio-al-ex-militar-aldo-rico\/","title":{"rendered":"La Secretar\u00eda de Derechos Humanos denunci\u00f3 al ex militar Aldo Rico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>La presentaci\u00f3n fue realizada por el secretario de Derechos Humanos de la Naci\u00f3n, Horacio Pietragalla Corti.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Derechos Humanos de la Naci\u00f3n denunci\u00f3 penalmente hoy al ex militar Aldo Rico por delitos contra el orden constitucional a partir de la difusi\u00f3n de un video en el que convoca a militares en actividad y retirados a organizarse y los incita a alzarse contra la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional y a deponer a los poderes p\u00fablicos democr\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el escrito, se solicita a la justicia federal que investigue de manera urgente las expresiones de Rico ante la posible comisi\u00f3n del delito de amenaza p\u00fablica e id\u00f3nea contra las autoridades democr\u00e1ticamente electas, tipificado en el art\u00edculo 226 bis del C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se resalta all\u00ed que las expresiones de Rico son contundentes y tuvieron gran repercusi\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, para analizar la idoneidad de la amenaza p\u00fablica que se denuncia, la Secretar\u00eda sostiene que se debe tener en cuenta que el ex teniente coronel del Ej\u00e9rcito tiene contactos pol\u00edticos, militares y policiales y experiencia previa en la organizaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de dos levantamientos militares contra el orden constitucional y democr\u00e1tico, como lo fueron los alzamientos carapintadas de 1987 y 1988.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n fue realizada por el secretario de Derechos Humanos de la Naci\u00f3n, Horacio Pietragalla Corti, quien manifest\u00f3 que se encuentra obligado a denunciar estos grav\u00edsimos hechos \u201cen cumplimiento del deber indeclinable de realizar acciones concretas y efectivas a fin de garantizar la vigencia de la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional, la defensa irrestricta de la democracia, de asegurar el \u201cNunca m\u00e1s\u201d y hacer realidad los postulados de Memoria, Verdad y Justicia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A casi 40 a\u00f1os de la vuelta de la democracia, y luego de m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de reiniciados los juicios por delitos de lesa humanidad durante la \u00faltima dictadura, este tipo de acciones, que buscan desestabilizar la democracia, no pueden ser tolerados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La presentaci\u00f3n fue realizada por el secretario de Derechos Humanos de la Naci\u00f3n, Horacio Pietragalla Corti.
