La pr\u00f3rroga est\u00e1 prevista en la Resoluci\u00f3n General N\u00b04907 que ser\u00e1 publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ampliaci\u00f3n de los plazos para la recategorizaci\u00f3n busca atender las dificultades que deben afrontar los contribuyentes adheridos al r\u00e9gimen simplificado respecto del cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias. La recategorizaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 realizarse con las categor\u00edas y valores vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los contribuyentes adheridos al monotributo deber\u00e1n hacerlo si registraron cambios en alguno de los par\u00e1metros previstos para su actividad. La nueva categor\u00eda comenzar\u00e1 a regir en febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui\u00e9nes deban permanecer en la misma categor\u00eda no tendr\u00e1n que realizar ninguna gesti\u00f3n. La normativa de la AFIP remarca que el Gobierno Nacional ha impulsado el proyecto de ley \u201cR\u00e9gimen de sostenimiento e inclusi\u00f3n fiscal para peque\u00f1os contribuyentes\u201d que incluye medidas que benefician a dicho universo, encaminadas a tutelar la situaci\u00f3n en la que se encuentran frente a las condiciones de crisis que los afectan, y as\u00ed amortiguar el impacto negativo de la presente situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recategorizaci\u00f3n puede realizarse hasta el 31 de enero desde la web www.monotributo.afip.gob.ar con CUIT y clave fiscal o desde la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil \u00abMi Monotributo\u00bb.
