{"id":17296,"date":"2022-07-05T07:53:15","date_gmt":"2022-07-05T07:53:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=17296"},"modified":"2022-07-05T07:53:15","modified_gmt":"2022-07-05T07:53:15","slug":"el-presidente-promulgo-la-ley-de-alivio-fiscal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/el-presidente-promulgo-la-ley-de-alivio-fiscal\/","title":{"rendered":"El Presidente promulg\u00f3 la Ley de Alivio Fiscal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>La nueva ley sancionada en el Congreso beneficiar\u00e1 a 4,5 millones monotributistas y 140 mil aut\u00f3nomos.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez se reuni\u00f3 en Casa Rosada con el titular de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, Sergio Massa y legisladores del Frente de Todos en donde promulg\u00f3 la Ley de Alivio Fiscal para Peque\u00f1os Contribuyentes y Aut\u00f3nomos, que beneficiar\u00e1 a 4,5 millones de monotributistas y 140.000 aut\u00f3nomos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mandatario, acompa\u00f1ado por el ministro de Seguridad, An\u00edbal Fern\u00e1ndez, firm\u00f3 el decreto de promulgaci\u00f3n, tras el encuentro con el presidente de la C\u00e1mara y los diputados Germ\u00e1n Mart\u00ednez, jefe del bloque del Frente de Todos, Cecilia Moreau, Paula Penacca, Leandro Santoro, Eduardo Valdes y Tanya Bertoldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La medida, que empezar\u00e1 a regir a partir de este mes, actualiza la facturaci\u00f3n de los monotributistas para evitar que tengan que cambiar de categor\u00eda y pagar mayores cuotas, adem\u00e1s aumenta las deducciones de ganancias que pagan los empleados inscriptos en la categor\u00eda de aut\u00f3nomos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La recategorizaci\u00f3n semestral se habilitar\u00e1 del 11 al 29 de julio, en tanto que el vencimiento del pago de la obligaci\u00f3n mensual se extender\u00e1 al 27 de julio. La ampliaci\u00f3n de los l\u00edmites de facturaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima por categor\u00eda del monotributo tiene una orientaci\u00f3n progresiva, que privilegia a las personas registradas en las categor\u00edas m\u00e1s bajas al permitirles poder facturar hasta un 60% m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese sentido, la norma prev\u00e9 la exenci\u00f3n del componente impositivo para 1,7 millones de personas registradas en las categor\u00edas A y B que no perciban otro ingreso (por ejemplo, no tener un trabajo en relaci\u00f3n de dependencia ni cobran una jubilaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otra parte, el Alivio Fiscal tambi\u00e9n incluye el aumento de las deducciones de las y los trabajadores aut\u00f3nomos que pagan el Impuesto a las Ganancias. La ley increment\u00f3 de 2 a 2,5 veces la deducci\u00f3n especial y, de esta forma, permite reducir la carga tributaria, beneficiando a los trabajadores con ingresos de hasta $8 millones que concentran el 95% de los aut\u00f3nomos alcanzados por el tributo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La norma, impulsada por el presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, Sergio Massa, consigui\u00f3 sanci\u00f3n legislativa por unanimidad el \u00faltimo jueves en el Senado y de la misma manera fue aprobada el 15 de junio en la C\u00e1mara Baja.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La nueva ley sancionada en el Congreso beneficiar\u00e1 a 4,5 millones monotributistas y 140 mil aut\u00f3nomos.
