{"id":1683,"date":"2021-01-15T20:51:53","date_gmt":"2021-01-15T20:51:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=1683"},"modified":"2021-01-15T20:53:30","modified_gmt":"2021-01-15T20:53:30","slug":"misiones-acordo-la-refinanciacion-de-sus-vencimientos-con-el-fondo-de-garantia-de-sustentabilidad-de-anses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/misiones-acordo-la-refinanciacion-de-sus-vencimientos-con-el-fondo-de-garantia-de-sustentabilidad-de-anses\/","title":{"rendered":"Misiones: Acord\u00f3 la refinanciaci\u00f3n de sus vencimientos con el Fondo de garant\u00eda de sustentabilidad de ANSES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>A trav\u00e9s de un acuerdo firmado por el Gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad el pasado 17 de diciembre, la provincia accedi\u00f3 a la refinanciaci\u00f3n de su deuda con el FGS de la ANSES. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con este convenio fueron prorrogados los vencimientos de la provincia por los compromisos asumidos para los a\u00f1os 2020 y 2021 (sobre las obligaciones correspondientes a los a\u00f1os 2016 y 2017), que alcanzan casi 1.700 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Misiones accede de esta manera a la refinanciaci\u00f3n de las deudas con la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Seguridad Social (ANSES) a trav\u00e9s de un bono a mediano y largo plazo sin afectar los fondos recibidos en conceptos de coparticipaci\u00f3n. El expediente dictamina que la provincia contar\u00e1 con un plazo de ocho meses a partir del vencimiento para renegociar los pr\u00e9stamos, que ser\u00e1n cancelados con un bono donde se definir\u00e1n los vencimientos, y en el que se contempla la suma del capital adeudado e intereses devengados y exigibles a la fecha de suscribirse el acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n crea el Fondo Fiduciario P\u00fablico \u201cPrograma de Inversiones Estrat\u00e9gicas\u201d, cuyo objetivo ser\u00e1 invertir en sectores estrat\u00e9gicos para generar empleo y afianzar la sostenibilidad de la econom\u00eda real. A trav\u00e9s de este convenio, el Estado Misionero acceder\u00e1 a un pr\u00e9stamo de libre disponibilidad destinado a mantener la ejecuci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que ayuden a sostener el nivel de empleo, preservar las actividades productivas y financiar la asistencia requerida por los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el a\u00f1o 2016, el Gobierno Nacional suscribi\u00f3 un acuerdo en el cual se reconoci\u00f3 a las provincias el 15% retenido por el ANSES tras el fallo de la Corte Suprema a favor de C\u00f3rdoba, Santa Fe y San Luis; pero parte de ese 15% fue reconocido de manera gradual a lo largo de cinco a\u00f1os, a trav\u00e9s de pr\u00e9stamos del Fondo de Garant\u00eda de Sustentabilidad que ahora est\u00e1n siendo refinanciados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministerio de Hacienda de Misiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fuente: Mechy Ramirez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s de un acuerdo firmado por el Gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad el pasado 17 de diciembre, la provincia accedi\u00f3 a la refinanciaci\u00f3n de su deuda con el FGS de la ANSES.
