{"id":14367,"date":"2022-03-25T11:59:38","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T11:59:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=14367"},"modified":"2022-03-25T11:59:38","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T11:59:38","slug":"anmat-considero-ilegal-a-un-caldo-de-carne-y-prohibio-su-venta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/anmat-considero-ilegal-a-un-caldo-de-carne-y-prohibio-su-venta\/","title":{"rendered":"ANMAT consider\u00f3 \u201cilegal\u201d a un caldo de carne y prohibi\u00f3 su venta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>La ANMAT emiti\u00f3 un comunicado oficial hoy en el que decidi\u00f3 sacar del mercado a una marca de caldo de carne por no cumplir con la normativa.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica (ANMAT) inform\u00f3 por medio de la Disposici\u00f3n 2199\/2022 publicada hoy en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial que hab\u00eda decidido remover del mercado a una marca de caldo de carne por considerarlo ilegal y no cumplir con la normativa alimentaria vigente en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso empez\u00f3 desde el Departamento de Registro y Control de Alimentos de la provincia de Tierra del Fuego que empez\u00f3 a investigar al productor \u201cCaldo de huesos de res\u201d marca Ra\u00edz Tierra Cont. Neto 360 cc, el cual se promocionar\u00eda como alimento libre de gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Direcci\u00f3n de Industrias y Productos Alimenticios &#8211; DIPA &#8211; del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario de la provincia de Buenos Aires indicaron que tanto la raz\u00f3n social\/establecimiento Ra\u00edz Tierra como el producto son inexistentes en su base de datos. El caldo de carne en cuesti\u00f3n es ilegal y est\u00e1 en infracci\u00f3n con la Ley 18284, el Decreto 2126\/71 y el C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino (CAA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto se debe a que carece de registros sanitarios y a que est\u00e1 falsamente rotulado al consignar ser un alimento libre de gluten sin estar habilitado como tal, resultando ser un producto ilegal. Como no cuenta con los registros necesarios el Departamento de Rector\u00eda en Normativa Alimentaria del INAL recomend\u00f3 prohibir la comercializaci\u00f3n en todo el territorio nacional del citado alimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta advertencia fue tomada en consideraci\u00f3n por ANMAT, que decidi\u00f3 prohibir la elaboraci\u00f3n, fraccionamiento y comercializaci\u00f3n en todo el territorio nacional y en las plataformas de venta en l\u00ednea del caldo de carne en cuesti\u00f3n. No solo carece de los registros sanitarios necesarios, sino que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 falsamente rotulado: afirma ser un producto sin gluten, cuando no lo es.
