Los 13 votos en contra fueron del propio Frente de Todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los votos negativos fueron emitidos por un sector del Frente de Todos que, mayormente, no particip\u00f3 de los debates y s\u00f3lo se hizo presente en el recinto a la hora de votar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, las tres abstenciones provinieron tanto del oficialismo como de la oposici\u00f3n: las senadoras del Frente de Todos Silvia Sapag y Silvina Garc\u00eda Larraburu; y de Juntos por el Cambio, Lucila Crexell.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El programa de facilidades extendidas a efectos de refinanciar la deuda recibi\u00f3 56 votos a favor, 13 en contra y tres abstenciones.
