{"id":12736,"date":"2022-01-31T13:15:39","date_gmt":"2022-01-31T13:15:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=12736"},"modified":"2022-01-31T13:15:39","modified_gmt":"2022-01-31T13:15:39","slug":"afip-extendio-beneficios-en-planes-de-pago-para-deudores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/afip-extendio-beneficios-en-planes-de-pago-para-deudores\/","title":{"rendered":"AFIP extendi\u00f3 beneficios en planes de pago para deudores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Los contribuyentes podr\u00e1n cancelar obligaciones de los Impuesto a las Ganancias y Bienes Personales en hasta tres cuotas y con un pago a cuenta del 25%.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP) dispuso que hasta el 31 de marzo pr\u00f3ximo, los contribuyentes podr\u00e1n cancelar obligaciones de los Impuesto a las Ganancias y Bienes Personales en hasta tres cuotas y con un pago a cuenta del 25%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo oficializ\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de dos resoluciones publicadas este lunes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial. La AFIP inform\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que se extienden los beneficios de los planes de pago permanente, en cuanto a la cantidad de cuotas y planes adheribles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las medidas apuntan a coadyuvar al cumplimiento de las obligaciones de los contribuyentes y forman parte de las herramientas puestas a disposici\u00f3n por la AFIP para amortiguar el impacto econ\u00f3mico de la pandemia de Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La extensi\u00f3n de los beneficios se suma a las herramientas excepcionales disponibles para regularizar pasivos como son la moratoria y la condonaci\u00f3n de deudas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Moratoria AFIP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La moratoria permite la regularizaci\u00f3n de obligaciones vencidas al 31 de agosto en hasta 120 cuotas con una tasa inicial de 1,5%, dependiendo del tipo de contribuyente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La adhesi\u00f3n al plan de regularizaci\u00f3n se podr\u00e1 realizar hasta el 15 de marzo de 2022, mientras que la primera cuota vencer\u00e1 el 16 de abril de 2022 y las cuotas subsiguientes vencer\u00e1n el d\u00eda 16 de cada mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Condonaci\u00f3n de deudas de AFIP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, la condonaci\u00f3n de deudas inferiores a $100.000 para peque\u00f1os contribuyentes y las micro y peque\u00f1as empresas y la moratoria, permite incluir deudas vencidas al 31 de agosto de 2021. La condonaci\u00f3n de deudas est\u00e1 vigente hasta el 2 de marzo, informaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, la Resoluci\u00f3n General 5143\/2022 establece que el organismo no considerar\u00e1 la categor\u00eda del Sistema de Perfil de Riesgo (SIPER) de los contribuyentes al momento de tramitar planes para regularizar sus obligaciones correspondientes al per\u00edodo fiscal 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El beneficio alcanza a los contribuyentes incluidos en las categor\u00edas A, B, C o D y excluye a quienes est\u00e9n categorizados como \u00abriesgo muy alto\u00bb, categor\u00eda E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u201cSistema de Perfil de Riesgo\u201d es un sistema inform\u00e1tico de calificaci\u00f3n que realiza procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n mensual sobre el cumplimiento de las obligaciones formales y materiales de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n General 5142\/2022, la AFIP extendi\u00f3 hasta el 31 de marzo de 2022 la vigencia transitoria correspondiente a la cantidad de planes de facilidades de pago admisibles, as\u00ed como la cantidad de cuotas y la tasa de inter\u00e9s de financiamiento aplicables en el r\u00e9gimen de facilidades de pago permanentes.
