Tres acciones para prevenirlo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Luego de varios casos de fallecimiento por esta enfermedad en Misiones, desde el Senasa advirtieron sobre algunas cuestiones para evitarlo y cuidarnos en casa.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El\u00a0botulismo\u00a0es causado por una neurotoxina producida por el bacilo Clostridium botulinum, una bacteria que se encuentra en el suelo y en el agua, que resiste las altas temperaturas y se desarrolla en ausencia de ox\u00edgeno, como ocurre principalmente en conservas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El botulismo alimentario se produce cuando una persona ingiere alimentos contaminados con esta bacteria,\u00a0envasados y esterilizados por t\u00e9cnicas deficientes, como puede darse en las conservas caseras o artesanales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los alimentos responsables de ese tipo de intoxicaci\u00f3n son habitualmente de origen vegetal y, en menor frecuencia, de origen animal. Tambi\u00e9n se deben considerar los mixtos, con mezcla de origen vegetal y animal, generalmente preparados como escabeches con un ph final no adecuado, que permite el desarrollo y producci\u00f3n de toxinas del bacilo C. Botilinum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCU\u00c1LES SON LAS FORMAS DE PREVENCI\u00d3N?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No consumas conservas sin etiquetas<\/strong>. Es necesario que se visualice el n\u00famero de habilitaci\u00f3n del producto y del establecimiento elaborador, denominaci\u00f3n de la mercader\u00eda, fecha de producci\u00f3n y vencimiento, clase de producto y peso, como sucede con los productos registrados de establecimientos habilitados por el Senasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Evit\u00e1 el consumo de conservas caseras de vegetales, carnes, pescados y\/o mariscos de procedencia desconocida<\/strong>, de elaboraci\u00f3n artesanal y que no cuenten con los n\u00fameros de Registro de Establecimiento Elaborador (RNE) y Registro de Producto Alimenticio (RNPA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Evit\u00e1 dar miel natural a los beb\u00e9s<\/strong>, ya que existe el \u201cbotulismo del lactante\u201d, una enfermedad poco frecuente pero potencialmente mortal que afecta a ni\u00f1os menores de un a\u00f1o y resulta de la ingesti\u00f3n de la espora de la bacteria Clostridium botulinum a trav\u00e9s de la miel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otros aspectos para tener en cuenta al comprar conservas o latas con alimentos envasados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tapa hinchada (en estos casos descartar sin remover la tapa).<\/li><li>Expulsi\u00f3n de gas al abrir los recipientes.<\/li><li>Turbiedad no habitual del l\u00edquido.<\/li><li>Latas abolladas sin haber recibido golpes o que produzcan espuma.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta temporada, es importante contar con informaci\u00f3n para reforzar los cuidados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de varios casos de fallecimiento por esta enfermedad en Misiones, desde el Senasa advirtieron sobre algunas cuestiones para evitarlo y cuidarnos en casa.
