Las fechas de fabricaci\u00f3n y vencimiento no coincid\u00edan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica (ANMAT)\u00a0prohibi\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles, a trav\u00e9s de su publicaci\u00f3n en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, uno lote de preservativos falsificados, que fueron lanzados al mercado como si fuesen de una reconocida marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Disposici\u00f3n 9393\/2021 establece la prohibici\u00f3n del uso, comercializaci\u00f3n, retiro del mercado y distribuci\u00f3n en todo el territorio nacional de\u00a0<strong>los productos falsificados rotulados como \u201cPreservativos PRIME Texturado &#8211; caja por tres (3) preservativos &#8211; Lote &#8211; PL 1902M843 &#8211; Vto oct\/23\u2033, \u201cPreservativos PRIME Tachas &#8211; caja por tres (3) preservativos &#8211; Lote PL 1906N142 &#8211; Vto oct\/23\u2033 y \u201cPreservativos PRIME Superfino &#8211; caja por tres (3) preservativos &#8211; Lote PL 1907N189 &#8211; Vto oct\/23\u2033<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El considerando explica que las actuaciones se iniciaron ante la denuncia al Departamento de Control de Mercado dependiente de la Direcci\u00f3n de Evaluaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de Monitoreo de Productos para la Salud, efectuada por parte del director t\u00e9cnico de la firma BUHL S.A,\u00a0manifestando la detecci\u00f3n de los lotes de preservativos masculino de latex caucho natural, marca PRIME, falsificados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante ello, personal de esa Direcci\u00f3n se hizo presente en sede de la firma y\u00a0el director t\u00e9cnico de la empresa exhibi\u00f3 las unidades falsificadas y las contramuestras originales en su poder, a los fines de realizar un estudio comparativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All\u00ed, pudo constatar que las fechas de fabricaci\u00f3n y vencimiento de las unidades originales no coincid\u00edan con la de las ap\u00f3crifas y, seg\u00fan el representante de la firma, exist\u00edan diferencias f\u00e1cilmente identificables a simple vista, comunes a los tres lotes falsificados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se trata de tres lotes de una reconocida marca, que fue denunciado por un director t\u00e9cnico de la firma.
